We loved this hotel. We enjoyed being on a more secluded beach and the pool was delightful, especially when the tide goes out (very far). You can walk to a number of other restaurants along the beach so you don't have to go all the way to Krabi if you're looking for other spots to try. The breakfast has a huge variety of food, the room was huge and very clean. Service at Marcos restaurant can be slow but we were not in any rush and the staff always seemed to be working hard. We also enjoyed being able to hike in the national park just behind the hotel. We'd definitely come back here!
We had a family vacation in Amari Vogue Krabi in late of October 2021 , it was so very impressed since the first step until the end of our trip, we been here for 3 nights with big group of family 5 rooms - there're grandpa - grandma 70+ years old , teenager, kids in our group. We all had a great time in hotel, staff very helpful, polite, and the rooms are very clean, new and big size . During our stay there were fully booked at the hotel, what we recognized during stay that we met Khun Thomas, General Manger all the times since early morning in Breakfast restaurant until late night 10 pm he still there at the hotel lobby to helping staff ,welcome and serve the guest. This was so impressive for us and hardly to see in other hotels. We will absolutely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone.…
This was a last minute find after being let down badly (i.e. cancelled) by a major tour operator less than 4 weeks until what was supposed to be a dream holiday to the Caribbean. On our arrival all bad memories of our cancelled holiday disappeared. We were greeted by attentive and smiling reception staff and as we had arrived early morning before our room was ready we were given a guided tour of the hotel. Following this we had a drink and lunch at the beach bar where the food and service was excellent. While rapidly unwinding looking at the incredible view across to the many Islands out to sea a member of the reception staff found us and informed us our room was ready. We had booked a superior room and were not disappointed when we entered. The room was extremely spacious with a beautiful view out to sea. The bed had been beautifully decorated with red petals and orchid flowers. The bath to was filled and again red petals adorned the surface. In the afternoon we swam from the soft sandy beach in the warm clear sea. Totally unwound and relaxed now we changed for dinner and headed for “Marcos”. The choices on the menu plus the specials (including Lobster or Steak) were excellent. We had booked for 10 nights and soon got into a daily routine of breakfast, sunbathe, swim, lunch, sunbathe, swim and dinner. Marcos had a great duet “Aqua” several evenings a week which added to the great evening atmosphere. To break up our routine we booked a long tail boat for a private tour of some of the Islands. We first visited Hong island with a beautiful beach for swimming and then back on board we were taken to another part of the island and entered through a small entrance to reveal a beautiful lagoon. Next was Pakbia and finally Rai island. A great day highly recommended. The hotel also runs a daily shuttle bus to nearby Ao Nang. Here there is a beach, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Another way to break our daily routine was to take a short walk along the beach to where there were 2 excellent seafront restaurants where we had a couple of lunches and dinners. Nothing wrong with the hotel food we just felt like the occasional change of scenery. I wouldn’t want to finish my review without mentioning the fantastic staff who all made our holiday so very special. In particular I wish to mention Nicky, Peach, Sunny Anne, Mint and Khao again for making our stay very special.…
Amari vogue was a beautiful resort. It was well maintained, clean and had an incredible spot on the beach for incredible sunsets. However, we were let down on multiple fronts. To begin, I truly think this resort should be adults only. I love kids and they normally don’t bother me, but its a very small property and the kids and families take over any area they are in, making it feel smaller. Honeymooners beware! We also payed extra for a room with a partial ocean view as this was our honeymoon. Our room actually faced in the exact opposite direction of the ocean and in order to see it from our balcony you had to turn your body sidewise and walk down a narrow passage and basically break your neck to see even a glimpse of ocean. They could not move our room as they were fully booked. While this was very upsetting, the manager gave us their NYE package for free so we feel it worked out in the end. I would go out on a limb and say that most of their rooms do not have an ocean view. It’s just the way the hotel is shaped unfortunately. The rooms themselves were very beautiful and clean though. Next, something has to change with their onsite restaurant, Marcos. The food was very good but the kitchen is incredibly slow. We were one of the only people in there at one point and our food took almost 1 hour to come. They need to offer free bread or something to help alleviate how slow the kitchen is. Their food is also pricy, but it’s a resort so we expected that. Do not get their Caesar wrap. It is a total rip off and I’m still mad that we paid for it. It was 2 small tortillas with one piece of chicken inside each shell with 2 pieces of lettuce. I was dumbfounded that they thought that was an appropriate size meal for the price. There is also no town within walking distance. I think the nearest town is a 15-20 minute drive. It is nice to feel removed and private but it was also a hindrance once the restaurant started having problems and we wanted to go elsewhere to eat or check out. On the positive side, they threw an unforgettable NYE party! They had Thai dancers, a fire show, live music, and a DJ. They had a buffet that was absolutely decadent with Thai food, cheese boards, lamb chops, steak, fresh seafood, and even a sushi station where a chef was slicing tuna and salmon upon request. It was a NYE we will never forget. I think Amari has pros and cons but overall we enjoyed our stay.…
Amati vogue was a great experience, totally soothing and peaceful environment to relax your mind. But for us the best part was HAPPY MOMENTS photography, decided for 2-5 pics but took all of it 😍❤️ty
Great place with great personal and hospitality. Good nature, good food. Especially was happy to be pictured by Happy Moments Photography at New Year Event. They made all pictures professionally and excellently.
We just loved this resort..we travelled in a group, 3 families 6 adults 6 kids...we had 3 Deluxe king rooms. Resort is a bit small but still I would rate it awesome...everything was just too good...rooms we stayed in were big and very comfortable for a family of 4 even with the extra bed... It's right on the beach...with a great view...u can book your phi phi tours and get picked up from the private beach... Best part of this resort is the staff which works there, from the people servin you at the bar, pool to the front desk..everyone was very polite, helpful n always smiling... Overall a great stay..we would definitely recommend this to people travelling with families..
Not 5 star Says 2 restaurant only 1 open 3 pools ?2 are tiny Service average Great location tho Problem with towels on sun beds when busy Not really enough loungers for Everyone if busy which is poor for a 5 star hotel Might as well be In cheaper 4 star if having race up for a sun bed 🤷♂️
Beautiful hotel & location, very quiet but just what we wanted! Beach is lovely, hotel provides kayaks & paddle boards. Longtail boats available to hire on the beach, hotel offers excursions too. New Year’s Eve celebrations was amazing!
The staff was extremely attentive. Food both in the restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet is incredible with both Western and local options. Rooms are recently renovated with very good fittings and well worth the value.
