Stayed here for a week in March 2020. We were a group of two families with 3-year-old children. The most amazing part of this hotel was its excellent customer service: we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and had very smooth travel arrangements made for us (the airport pick-up service), they even provided children’s car seats for us with little extra cost. We had the pool access rooms which were an excellent choice for our needs. Rooms were nice and clean. There were tiny ants in the rooms but they didn’t bother us, Klong Muang in general is much more close to nature than the Ao Nang area in every way and we saw many animals during our stay here (gekko-lizards at the hotel but not in the rooms etc). A few nice small restaurants right next to the hotel, we especially liked the See the Sea -restaurant by the beach. Not too many to choose from tho at walking distance, Klong Muang is very peaceful and mostly local people, unlike Ao Nang where we first stayed which was touristy. We really liked the peaceful atmosphere and there is a grocery shop at walking distance from the hotel (family mart). The hotel’s own restaurant is also excellent, really good food and amazing service. The whole staff was so child-friendly we ate here many times during our stay, many thanks to all the waiters for lovely service. We also used the hotels activity rooms like the pool table and gym, they were nice and our kids liked the play room right next to the gym and pool table. A very good stay and would stay here again for sure!

We decided on this hotel as it was a little further out and away from the busier spots, and we were so glad we did! Rooms are lovely, great size and everything we needed. The pool is gorgeous and other hotel facilities provided everything we needed - the beach is just across the road and is fab! Breakfast was delicious, lots of local and Western options which was great. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are so friendly and could not do enough to help us. It was certainly quieter than usual when we were there, but the staff never let the high standard slip, and were unbelievably attentive. An absolutely wonderful stay, thank you to all!

We came to Thailand to celebrate our parents 50 years wedding anniversary and the hotel had prepared so many nice surprises and kept delivering high services during our stay, so it became a favorite stay on our tour. We had rooms with pool access, our kids loved the pool. The surroundings of bars and restaurants on the beach and view of all the small islands are amazing. The breakfast was excellent and food in restaurant always good.

I had a last-minute arrange for my guest, whom happened to check-in at this resort recently. I was lucky enough to encounter Khun Jona and Khun Bla (Ms. Fish, what a cute name) and they assured my request was taken care of with all the possible details. Shout out to both of them for such great service. 5 star service mind for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. Had a beautiful room with the surrounding nature close by - Palm leaves, birds singing, crickets doing their evening concerts - and an occasional squirrel doing their circus tricks in the nearby trees. The room was also meticulously furnished, with a sense of details - ranging from cozy lights to a great coffe machine. Staff being very kind and helpful - always having our best interest at mind! Complementary cool drinks and fruit by the pool. We used the bikes that was provided by the hotel a lot - an excellent way to see the closeby area. And the traffic was much calmer (and more predictable...) than in most other parts of Thailand that we've seen. A place of privacy and integrety - also with a lovely swimming pool and an excellent breakfast buffé with everything you could ask for (including chees, fresh fruits for raw-juicemaking and tableserving of tee and coffee) So many thanks for the loveable, caring treatment and environment!

We stayed in the elements for two nights with our parents and three kids. The hotel is a little far away from the central tourist spots but they offer a shuttle service into Ao nang, which we used. We actually appreciated the quiet and it was perfect for a couple of nights. The rooms were really lovely and the breakfast was very good but what made this hotel for us was the staff. They had an attitude of going above and beyond for their customers and did everything to make us feel relaxed and at home. From the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff and reception staff, everybody was incredibly friendly and kind. They have some lovely touches too, like bikes for rent for free and free snacks and drinks for the kids at certain times of the day. Thank you for starting our year in such a lovely way!

The welcome here was a complete contrast to the previous hotel we stayed in at Phuket. Back to the traditional Thai hospitality we’re used to. We were given a compliment room upgrade on check-in and welcomed with a cool towel and cold drink. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and everywhere in the hotel was well maintained. The thing that really made this stay special, though, was the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you and remembered room numbers and taxi pick up times.....really personal service. There were some lovely touches that added to making the stay more special. Free bike rental, afternoon treats if you stay by the pool (ice lollies, fruit drinks, sandwiches), beach bag, sarong and flipflops in rooms. We only had lunch here a few times but the food was excellent. Only downside for us, may be a positive for others, was the location. The hotel’s not on the beach and it’s a taxi ride to a decent beach. Also, there’s only two restaurants within walking distance so not enough choice for us......but perfect for those looking for a more tranquil, hotel based holiday. The hotel does offer a free shuttle into Ao Nang 3 times a day, but the last one is 5pm and returned at 8.30. Perhaps would’ve helped if there had been a drop off around 7.30/8 for the evening, and maybe a free service to the beach. Despite this, I’d still consider returning here because everything else was so good.
