Room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean room. Hotel was busy with the weekend Arkansas Derby and Easter but room was peaceful and quiet. McDonald's, Waffle House, Walmart, Chinese and Pizza all nearby. Excellent rates.

Located just off exit 98a right in Malvern, AR. After a 7 hour drive in a serve thunder storm, we were glad to have arrived safe and secure. Nestled just behind a McDonalds. There's a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Wendy's, Pizza Parlor and several other businesses within walking distance. We entered into a Nice clean and quiet Hotel. The hotel hostess...

Liked the hotel, extended next day with new contract with card. Came back in afternoon and put baby to sleep. Less than 4 minutes a hard bang at door," You are not in our system. You only have 5 minutes to get out, that is all i am giving you"! Baby startled and upset begins crying through the demand. Went...

The front desk clerk was very nice and upgraded us to a suite. The room was large and clean with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Breakfast had the basics. The hotel is located close to the highway exit. I would stay here again if in the area.

Over priced, needs repairs, our door had to be shoved to close, items in hotel broken such as ice machine and washer/dryer. The area is depressed with some businesses closed. There were very few restaurants. The overall appearance of this hotel was not up to the normal Comfort Inn standards. We will not consider staying here again.

We stayed in room 216. The king bed & pillows were comfortable. It was very quiet for our stay. The pool was on our side so it may be noisy if children are swimming. The pool did not look inviting, but they may be preparing it for closure during the winter. The night clerk is very sweet & helpful as...

Found this gem in the pouring rain late one evening. Needed somewhere to park uhaul truck and 20' trailer and it was perfect. We had clean room on ground floor which was perfect as we were so tired. Breakfast was good and had choices. No frills but friendly service and clean!

We checked in around 5pm (first bad sign was the lobby smelt like marijuana), went to put our stuff in our room and left to go to Hot Springs for dinner and sight seeing. We get back to the hotel and our room is hot and stuffy so we turn the air all the way down and 30minutes later it...
