A warm welcome from reception staff greeted us, and throughout our stay the staff were very helpful. Our room like all Premier Inn's was comfortable and clean. As you would expect the bed was ultra comfortable. The shower pressure was limited, however, we were at the end of the corridor because we had asked for room away from the main...

As I did not hire a car, I found it convenient for family members living in area, to pick me up. It is on a major road with frequent buses to Tonbridge & Maidstone, but quiet if you have a room at the back. Very good restaurant adjoining, plus Costcutter next door & good tea-room over the road. But be...

We have always found Premier Inns to be very good value for money, comfortable, clean, well appointed with the added bonus of a restaurant attached. The Wateringbury Inn was no exception. The staff were without exception courteous and helpful. Attached to our inn was a Chef & Brewer restaurant, which was also very well run and the food was very...

We arrived very late, through dark country roads. I almost thought we were lost but trusted the satnav. Eventually lights in the distance and we arrived. A leafy corner of the South East, great to get off the motorway on the way to channel. Premier Inn is reliable in that everything is same standard in each one. This building is...

Stayed here for hotel close to my sisters wedding. Room clean and spacious. Did not like bathroom. Bath floor very slippery when showering. Nothing to hold onto. I had maintenance man walk into room without giving me chance to answer the door. Breakfast not really worth the extra money.

We stayed here for one night to be closer to the Dover for our ferry the next day, it is only an hour away. Although on a busy road we all had a great sleep, rooms are newly refurbished and look great, watch out for the slope on second floor when going through the door, there is a sign but...

I had originally booked into the Tonbridge Premier Inn but after reading the reviews decided to transfer to Wateringbury. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I was unknowingly opposite a young family's room and was woken by quite a bit of noise in the morning but this couldn't really be helped...

very nice hotel , when we arrived we were informed we had the smallest family room in the hotel, on opening the door we were pleasantly suprised, however we were not warned that we were next to the laundry storage, very noisy at around 9pm every evening right outside the bedroom window , having a young family they are normally...

We had a great stay here for the Summer Bank Holiday weekend, going for walks in Kent. Friendly staff, good accommodation. The Chef and Brewer pub and restaurant attached to the hotel did a good job for food.

It's a Premier Inn. It's not great, but it's cheap. The breakfast in the neighbouring "bit" is perfectly good and, really, it does what you'd expect. Alistair Sawday material, it is not, but then you weren't expecting that...

Hi Carol

Thanks for getting in touch.

All of the accessible rooms at our hotel have lowered baths currently.

We do however have a wet room at our Maidstone Town Centre hotel if suitable. If you call the team on 0333 321 9287 (option #) they'll check availability for you.

Kind Regards,

Samantha

Hi

I can confirm all of our rooms do have hair dryers available.

Our room sizes can vary but the average room size is 21 square meters.

I hope this helps.
