From check-in to check-out everything was great. Ray at the front desk was charming and pleasant, my room was nice and refreshingly cool - despite the heat advisory! The young lady at the front desk in the AM also did a fantastic job with keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked, while checking out guests. It's nice when staff takes pride in what they do, which obviously Ray, the young lady in the AM, and housekeepers do! Definitely would stay here again!
We picked this location, because we were looking for a place between Little Rock and Memphis. We were pleasantly surprised by this property, because of its neat and clean appearance, and the wonderful historic city. Found a great restaurant in downtown called the Grumpy Rabbit, that added to the charm. I highly recommend this motel, and the city.
We stopped here on our way to Tennessee. The check in was easy and the man was very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and the beds were great. The price was good. The breakfast was fully stocked and hot. This is a small town and it was very quiet.
Reported and stated he would be right up. Never saw him and the temp in the room reached 80 degrees. When we reported the next morning, the front desk guy said “oh he was probably busy and just forgot. Sorry about that”.
I only met 2 staff members. There was no problems. The room was clean, everything that we used worked the way it made to work. Breakfast was good. I cannot say anything negative about our stay there. The location for my wife & I was halfway between our home & Norman OK
While the area around the hotel is a bit run down and can be off putting, the rooms themselves are nice, clean, and comfortable and the staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. As someone who travels a great deal with her dog, I LOVE Best Western hotels. Most of them have outside facing doors, making it easy to get in and out with my pet. And so convenient for packing and unpacking the car. I am a big fan of Best Western in general thanks to the fact that most of them have the door facing outside (and not inside the hotel itself, making taking your dog out at night for a bathroom break a huge production. BW's set up makes this a breeze. I really like this hotel and would stay again for sure. Also, while I don't love the overall industrial look of the area it is in - it is convenient to the highway and lots of fantastic restaurants. …
Stopped at the Best Western Plus Lonoke when returning from a disaster relief mission trip to Southwest Kentucky. It popped up as a potentially good spot to stop overnight, and it met our needs and expectations. Reservations were made with the BW app, check in was quick, and the beds were wonderful after 2 weeks of sleeping on cots. We left early so missed the provided breakfast, but very positive overall experience.
Good value, breakfast was good as I typically dislike hotel breakfasts. We slept 9 hours and were in the hotel a total of 10 so not much to share but it was a pleasant experience and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
My stay at the Best Western Plus Lonoke AR was great. I got a good nights rest, no noise. Easy access to I-40. A great Mexican restaurant next door which was recommended by the desk clerk. Nice quite room at an affordable price.
They put us in a hallway with a bunch of people with dogs. We're told because we reserved online we couldn't change to another room. Dogs barked all night. Someone was trying to open our door at midnight. If it wasn't for my wife pleading with me not to open the door, someone would have been seriously hurt. Walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking and hear their television. The fan on the ac sounded like a jet was coming in for a landing. This place sucks. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay at Holiday Inn or Hampton.
