This beach main attraction is the white sand and many beautiful coconut trees. It's totally shouting place and less crowd so enjoyed lot. If have a 4*4 vehicle you can drive it to the shore of the beach. One of the best Indian beach which I have seen.

We sadly just left this resort which has acres of land with detached thatched villas which are the best appointed accommodation we found in our journey round Kerala which consisted of seven different hotels and home stays. Space for everything, lighting which you could read by, plenty of space in the bathroom etc., the staff wereimpressive in that they remembered...

This is a great hotel for a few days relaxation at the end of a tour of India (or, I imagine, simply as a place to stay for a long relaxing holiday). Everything about it is first rate. The rooms in the individual cottages are great with a large sleeping and sitting area, and a bathroom with a semi-outdoor shower....

We were due to stay at the Leela, Kovolam but were let down 3 days prior to our visit when our booking was cancelled and we were relocated to the Marari. We were very concerned going from what was a 5 star to 3 star hotel. The Marari is certainly not 5 star but what it has is Indian charm...

After 9 days of sightseeing in Kerala, just the place for a couple of days R&R. Lovely villa just 50m from a tropical beach. Grounds and food exceptional, staff more than attentive. Our third CGH Earth resort in a week and no disappointment. Great welcome at reception and a beautiful villa again with outside toilet/shower very privately concealed. A choice of restaurants but we opted for buffet dinner where a tremendous selection of dishes were available. Staff very friendly and attentive, they cannot do enough for you. This is nothing more than a glorified holiday camp - a poor one at that. You do of course have to make certain allowances for it being India but honestly at almost £200/night, this simply isn’t worth the money. We had an extremely inauspicious start to our trip. We arrived about 12.45pm which was admittedly earlier than the 2pm advertised...
