We came to the surf camp for a couple of days. The price for food, accommodation and surf lessons was very reasonable. The accommodation was quite basic but was very nice and clean. The food was ok, but very much the same every day if you are vegetarian and definitely lacking in protein unless you asked. It was either rice...

I really loved it here. It is a fairly laid-back place... it is a surf camp after all. We stayed in a beautiful bungalow. There is air-conditioning but we didn't use it because the ceiling fan was enough... in fact, I needed a sweater one night because I was cold. In the morning there is breakfast at 8am. The breakfast...

We stayed here two nights. Our room was clean, Toni was welcoming and our room was exactly as promised. The property is next to some water, but not the ocean and not the beach. The property was clean and well kept. I saw no rats. There are mosquitos so wear repellent. The nightly rate is very reasonable so if you're...

I've traveled a lot alone and I intentionally picked a place that would be easy to meet fellow travelers. Luckily my plan worked and I met a lot of people, most of them which were single travelers themselves or couples. At night we mostly had dinner together, which is included in the price and some were up for partying. The Centre where...

I went as a solo traveller which I have never done before so I was very nervous! Antonio really helped me out until i made some friends. He showed me around and even helped me when there was a problem with my bank! I stayed in a one bed flat which was really nice. Food was great and everyone who...

We went there for a 4 day surftrip with lessons and rentals. Every morning we went surfing and in the afternoon to the mojito bar nearby with the other surfers there :D The place itself is so beautiful and clean! And the food in the restaurant is delicious. I would definitely like to return someday and again enjoy a great...

We loved Ali's! Great place to stay. The staff are nice: they answered all our questions and helped with bookings. We visited during low season and got an upgrade. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good working fans! Rooms get cleaned and restocked daily. Good facilities as far as surfing goes as well. We had a faulty sink and got moved...

We stayed for a night with friends. The service was just incredible. The room was perfect, very clean and the food was excellent. The grounds are breathtaking and you feel like you are in a secluded paradise yet so close to the city. I would definitely return.

I felt I was bullied here by Antonio. He made rude and disparaging comments about me and my surfing my entire trip. I'm not sure if it was because of my ethnicity or for some other reason, but I felt uncomfortable my entire stay because of his comments. Everything else was fine except for the crude behavior of Antonio. I...
