My dad used to go there for years. Back then it was under different management. The town itself has changed quite a bit as well. Last I was there it was pretty decent had kitchenette pool and was across from the beach.

If you are like me looking for a place to stay with good value for money (around the 25 dolar budget/night). After having a dissapointing first stay at cabarete beach hostel (it was abandoned and had cold water) i decided to move over to this area after some people i met found it. Its about 3 minutes walking to the...

They were turning tricks in their hotel rooms sometimes. The third floor I guess was reserved for foreign tourists. Then on the fifth morning while...

Opting not to stay with family, my companion and did some serious research which lead us the most undesirable, loud, unclean, and expensive hotel in cabarete. we stayed one night had a lousy fight, awoke and ran like hell, in search for a place on...

This hotel was recommended to me as a cheap place to stay on the edge of the tourist strip of Cabarete. It is on a quiet lane just off the beach at the east end of the strip. The hotel grounds are quite nice, with lush tropical plants surrounding a pool. Most of the rooms have balcony's, and mine looked...
