We love this hotel and return every year We like the food, specially the buffets and the freshly baked bread And we don't need the car to go to the thermal spring bath The gardens are beautiful and they have two large pools

Been to many SPAS in the US, Caribbean.This is the BEST. I have been going to this Spa many times and many years, Those administering the treatments are most experienced, food great, exorcizes wonderful, tennis, 18 hole golf course, water aerobics, nightly movies, and best price.and value Can't say enough about it. Great treatments for men and women

I have been going to this Spa for over 30 years and this year I am bringing 40 woman with me most have been going with me for the past 7 years ..we have the best time, best services and the staff could not be better...

Absolute best bang for your buck. I have been going to the spa at least once a year (sometimes more) since 2000. The people that worked there in 2000 are the same people that are still there. Always familiar faces. Plus, if you go the same time each year, you run into the same spa guests. I am a FAN....

Was an excellent experience, the hotel are just at 3 walking minutes from the most important place in town that calls balneario ixtapan de la sal with thermal pools with mineral water also have a private roman pools and fantastic menu of massages cheaper than other places. Fabulous!!! Absolutely Fabulous!!! After an hour and half flight into Toluca from San Antonio, we were promptly met by an English speaking driver( Edwardo) from the hotel who told us about the rose farms and other sights on our way to Ixtapan. This year will be our 8th annual trip to the Ixtapan spa - for 4 former college roommates. We love everything about it - the spa treatments, the exercise classes, the food, the lovely town, the wonderful staff

There are 220 rooms, 2 pools, 3 full spas, mineral waters, and Zen Gazebo. 7 Night spa stay includes excellent meals,many organic treatments, tennis lessons, and yoga/ fitness classes. There is also optional sightseeing. Resort has a theater, children's center, modern fitness center,lighted tennis,yoga gazebo. Spa, Mexican and Continental cuisine.
