This place saved us a long drive in the dark on bad roads back to Chiang Mai, the only redeeming feature of the place, oh I suppose it was cheap too. Indifferent staff, an absolutely terrible breakfast. Bed not too great, not even a free bottle of water. They need to stop wasting money on water features in reception that...

A very nice hotel, lean with large room and beautiful large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. It has a large lobby with a small pool.Breakfast is buffet style with Western and Thai style breakfast. Eggs can be cooked to order. It is located right on the Mekong River with a terrace and tables. The only problem we had...

Checked in at 8 pm, extra bed has been arranged in advance but no water supply on that time and have to wait for 30 min and water is too dirty after that. Bathtub faucet not function properly and one tap's broken, guest service then moved room for us. By the way, the new room also has problem compressor is...

My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice. The first time we felt cheated for the first day as the hotel is a long way from the "real" Chiang Saen which is a long way up river. Thereafter, we loved the place. The rooms are big, well furnished and equipped. Breakfast is good with great coffee. Dinner was enjoyable with...

Siam Triangle is ideally located. But, NO effort is made to keep the rooms professionally Clean. Chairs are sticky, foot slippers have mold in them, doors are cracked and the coffee pot burns you when you touch it after boiling water.

We only stayed here one night in transit so didn't use the pool. The evening meal was very slow service and the breakfast was adequate, a good coffee machine but not big enough for the number of guests. Would only stay if I had a river view as this is it's only redeeming feature.

Nice hotel - it’s not on the golden triangle however the town was the most local town we stayed in. (tuk tuk to golden triangle was 400bht) We stayed for 5 night and didn’t see another westerner. Breakfast is ok and pool is nice on the Mekong River. The hotel also supply push bikes for free to get around. The...

We stay in this hotel in November. Rooms with river view are very nice, big and with a balcony with a superb view of the river. Swimming pool is nice with the same river view. Breakfast can be improved: poor choices.

We stayed one night. The only guests at the hotel. It is far out from the main Golden Tirangle area. We were put in the annex across the road, and when we asked if we could be upgraded to a room at the main hotel alongside the river, we were told 'no'. We had the 'burger special' shortly after arriving;...
