Been to this hotel twice, once at D Morvie Lapasan and at D Morvie Yacapin and had the same experience. Customer service is very poor. They should have trained their staff. They do not know how to entertain their customers. They don't greet you and most of all, they are not polite. The room is so small. I am not...

This is haven for fleeting, budget travelers. We took the Php350 Queen-size bed which is good for 2 people for 12hrs. The room is clean and not spacious considering the price. They have good wifi connection but poor phone signal.

I stayed last July this year. But I will never come back to this hotel again. Poor service they don't even greet you upon your arrival. The rooms are too small, bed are a little bit smelly and dirty. The bathroom is very small.

I have no problem with the room it's what you get for an affordable price. However, the receptionist from am to pm shift are rude and unaccommodating. Staff dealing with issues with the room takes forever for them to find a solution, it was a bad idea staying for a couple of days.

It's 250 for 12 hours, you cannot ask for more. The room was clean, everything working fine, (except my TV had no signal), but all good, I just needed a place to stay the night. You have the basic amenities, plus shampoo and soap. Just one complaint, I usually tolerate frowning and unenthusiastic staff, but the receptionist made me feel...

The rooms are very small and the reason for the rate changes is the size of the bed in your room as the rooms are the same size. The room is only viable for sleeping/resting and nothing else. No generator is case of blackout which actually happened during my stay. If you have nowhere else to go for the night,...

I stayed here for overnight as I missed the bus. The rooms are very small.. The pillow and blanket was smelly.. But its just okay if you will not stay there long. It is not advisable if you will stay here for a many days but if you are running out of budget and choices then I would recommend this...

I knew I had made a mistake by choosing this hotel when I presented my passport to the slobbish receptionist - and she asked me what is was!!! Never seen a passport before apparently. They seemed more interested in whether I was married and did I have a girlfriend. Lazy and rude There is no elevator - I was on...
