We have stayed here for several times. The room is outdated. The comfort room should be renovated. They have no elevators. Not PWD or elderly friendly. The food at the restaurant was ok. But they do not refill the food fast enough. One time we ate there (we were about 20 individuals) the food served was literally wiped out in...

We stayed at the family room at located at the 4th floor. 3 beds for only 1300, we're 5 so that's pretty cheap but the water pressure is too low you cant even use the shower, only the faucet. The air conditioning as well doesn't work that well. If not because of the location and free shuttle to the airport...

We only needed a place to crash the night en route to Manila coming from Visayas and it was everything that we expected. For a 12 hour stay, we only paid Php. 1,300.00 for 6 persons and were given a room with three big beds, towels, small soaps and our own bathroom which was quite small, moldy and the wet....

GRO's not accommodating. The first room that was offered to us is not suitable for a good night sleep. The beds are not what it looks like that of the pictures . Damaged toilet bowl and lavatory. We parked along the road just beside the hotel.

Stayed for 6 days here with my family. The hotel is great, the food is good, but the room is sooo dark. We stayed in a family room that i think has 6 light bulbs that are dim. My mom would put her make up outside, and we had to use flashlight when my grandmom ate her breakfast. And the...

Went with my lover for a short time stay, we got a room on the 3rd floor which costed P350 for 3 hours stay. If we took the 4th floor room, it'd cost only P250. Seems like the prices reduce by a hundred per floor. The room itself was good, although some of the paint on the ceiling needed some...

exceed my expectations After our trip in caramoan, we decided to stay in naga to visit other tourist spots. Since we were in a budget, our friend suggested to us to stay here but also warned us since there are a lot of negative reviews in this hotel. Before getting the family room that are good for 6 people, we...

We didn't stay at the hotel, in fact, I'm not sure if this is the same one we ate at because we were told there were two in the city; but the buffet was good, with one excellent dish: I loved the ribs and roast beef! Everything else was good, but nothing special. We were told there was a dessert...
