It was my third time here in this hotel but it will probably be my last. We stayed here for 2 nights for a family vacation. The reception staff were not accommodating anymore. They were borderline rude despite recognizing me as a repeat guest. I would just extend my understanding that they are stressed but still they need to improve...

...I was so UPSET. Stayed in a room near the pool. The room and the bed doesn't look clean enough. Being with my wife who was so eager to see great view of the famous Mayon Volcano for the first time, Access to the Bridgeway where you can have a good view of the Mayon Volcano in the morning is...

This lovely hotel has seen better days. It is looking a little tired but still a very nice hotel. The staff are all amazing, nothing was to much trouble. A lovely smile and an eagerness to help in anyway makes this hotel a cut above the rest. My wife and I spent 6days there and also had a family room...

We stayed here just for 1 night for a business trip. A lot of those who stay are travellers who are enroute or travelling the Bicol region. Place was old but still functional and decent. Breakfast was not bad but was just average (choice of plated Filipino, Continental and American). This place should be for those who have vehicles. Parking...

Room: Very comfortable bed and lighting in the room. They have a mini-fridge and free bottled water and coffee. Thermos. The bathroom is also very clean and they have a heater for your shower. The room is off the page of a 5 star hotel. Location: Probably the best there is in Legazpi. It's probably just a 2 minute car...

The room and amenities did not disappoint at all, in fact it was a pleasant surprise. At Php 1,800 per night for a single occupancy, you get a large room (get the villa type that's across the street from the reception building), a queen-sized bed, and a convenient bathroom. The TV though is quite small for a large room. The...

Transportation is a problem here if you go out late at night. No convenience store or coffee shop within a five-minute walk. This is located near the airport. Public jeepneys are not available after 10pm. But there are tricycles in the area, but they charge too much! It's unfair they ask for more than what is required. Rooms and lobby...

We stayed for 2 nights so we could visit Mayon volcano. We loved the room it was really nice and clean, as expected from 2000php per night. It was a little far out of town and hard to find a tricyle or taxi at night. The breakfast was included and tasted good. The main downfall was there was no where...

To maintain the high standard the management should have an over all check for the equipments and linens. Early morning the staff was knocking our door just to borrow the hair dryer which I have not used yet. 2nd incident I asked HK if I can borrow a single chair, yes! she brought a chair but it was sooo dirty...

Location is an advantage.. You can easily access public transportation at it's doorsteps. It's near the airport as well as the city's primary tourist attraction in Cagsawa and the Lignon Hill. It just feel odd when you have to cross the road every now and then to get to the hotels restaurant and reception area. A hassle when it rains...
