The service was not as impressive as the views. The hotel lounge yes looked amazing, our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable but the breakfast buffet was good only for native guests' tastes. The foreign guests had no enough options. Moreover, the hotel failed to provide some of the inclusions in our reservations such as airport transfers, welcome drinks,...

This hotel is rated 5 * and we will rate it 2. Location on top of the hill. The lobby presentation is good as well as every staff greets you pleasantly and very attentive. We arrived Manila At 225 am and traveled to Legaspi at 945 am. We are trying to sleep and the music at the pool bar was...

I was disappointed because I expected that the property is truly excellent. No it's not! Rooms are not really that clean. Signs of aging are already visible. The most inconvenient is how the bathroom door is designed. It's a rolling door and you roll it from the outside. So if you are inside saying taking a shower or doing number...

This hotel truly is the best hotel we've stayed when we were in Bicol. Check-in was a breeze, well-trained staff always ready on their feet to greet and serve you, and we simply love the exterior and interior of the hotel. The breakfast spread was good with local and international food choices. You can see the majestic view of Mt....

Totally agree with previous reviews (MJ Escano, Immerwandern). Hope that they make changes. The location/view is the only plus on this hotel. We stayed 2 nights over the weekend. The toilet does not flush properly (had to call for help and not sure if they sent housing keeping to help on that one, but felt the water to be better...

This hotel offers a 180 degrees view of Legazpi city. The location is perhaps its best asset. The hotel is spacious and clean. This is not a budget hotel. I even think its a bit pricey compared to the other hotels I have been. nevertheless, the hotel service is great. I think that is what you pay for. Also never...

The hotel is located in Taysan Hill which is quite a distance from Legazpi City centre. To get to this hotel, either you have to book the hotel's own shuttle service or hire a taxi or private car/van. On first impression, the hotel looks posh with its marble tiles and chandeliers. We just found it odd that the reception is...

Do NOT blame your guests for malfunctioning key cards! For me this issue epitomized the problem with The Oriental. Twice our keycards did not open the room; the first time was on the first day upon our return to the hotel after exploring downtown Legazpi. The second time was 2 days later. Both time we were told - almost scolded...

1. Room-very spacious including the toilet, look good and relaxing particularly rooms that are over looking Mayon Volcano. But the linens smells bad 2. Location-too far from the city center and accessibility is a problem since the hotel is located at the hill area over looking Albay and Legaspi City. Make sure you have a car going to the city center....

The location is a bit far from the city. It has a very nice view of Mayon volcano. Their infinity pool is sooo inviting bec of its instagram worthy view. They have private vans that you can avail just in case you want to have a tour of Legaspi city or you need a ride going to the airport. Even...
