If anyone is visiting legazpi Philippines. I can 100% recommend this hotel . All the staff a very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location to two mall's fantastic. It has been a great holiday in a great hotel. Thankyou lotus blu
Hotel is ok and old. Need major renovation. Only 1 elevator working. And it takes years to move. Room is okay. I love the bed and pillows but linens smell are too strong, I didnt had a good sleep. I called them to setup no-smell lines upon makeup room but they never did. TV channels are not programmed, pls throw ur channel list its useless. Please change your old head and telephone shower. Urghh. Water pressure is not enough, and hot water is intermittent. Bfast hall looks like in cheap karenderia. Its part of their conference room, they just close that movable partition. Food are in poor choices. Arrived 830 am, all foods are cold. Please invest a coffee machine, your bfast coffee sucks. Upon check out, I was told there is missing 1 chocolate. Lol my mom and i dont eat chocolate. I paid it anyway. And mini bar are old stock. I dont want to go in jail just for missing chocolates 😂😂 …
We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was good, suitable for both the Filipino and Western tastes - as they offered local favorites such as dried fish and vegetables with sardines as well as standard Western fares like bacon, sausages, ham and eggs. The room was spacious and clean. The pillows were just right- not too soft nor hard. The only complaint we had was the weak stream of hot water from the shower. The location was great - it was just a three minute walk from SM City. Pacific Mall and the Ayala Mall were just nearby it had a good view of the Mayon Volcano - although during our stay, the famed tourist draw was hidden among the clouds.
within 15 minutes ride in a tricycle from the airport. Has views of the volcano. Short walking distance to first class shopping mall and supermarket. Same for the transport hub for bus and jeepney travel. Close to main road into the city centre. So well placed for a stay. Staff speak good english, are very helpful. They arranged laundry services at graet rates. Rooms were clean, odour free, all the electric sockets worked, the fridge was quiet, the aircon was reliable and quiet. Shower adequate. Complimentary tea, coffee and water given daily. Sheets new and clean and changed daily if required. A fine hotel , worth the money and I stayed 5 nights.
Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights. Easy booking and coordination with the staff. Room booked for dad got the senior citizen discount. Check in was easy but keys were wrongly swapped but it was easily amended. Twin room for my sister and dad was spacious Double room for us was adequate. Carpets in both rooms looks dirty, need shampooing at some point. Our bed was hard, but no complaints from the rest of the family. We were provided with adequate toiletries as well. Bathroom looks dark, there’s only 1 light not good enough if one has to shave (complaint from my partner) Poor WiFi connectivity in the room but good in the main lounge. Breakfast was quiet odd, we went to their breakfast room and the room was set up for a conference which confuses us. The staff moved the food container to the back of the room and closed the partition so that the remaining customers having breakfast won’t disturb the conference. Food choices are typically Filipino breakfast limited choice for a vegetarian foreigner, although there were 3 choices of fruits and Filipino sweet delicacies. Staffs were very good, respectful and accommodating. Received an email about airport transportation which we did not avail since we drove from Naga. Close proximity to a big shopping mall. …
They were very helpful picking us and dropping us off from the airport. Our tour operator let us down and they found a driver for us to take us to Donsol. Good location near shopping mall and airport. The room was not like a 4 star hotel standards in other countries, nothing special. When we did the checkout they complained the towel was dirty with hair dye and they wanted us to pay it. We agreed but when we claimed the towel they said it was not needed.
First time in Legaspi and I find Lotus Blu near the bus terminal and SM. But first impression is not that favorable. Front desk seems at a lost. Had my initial coordination with the hotel and provided different rate (front desk vs online enquiry made).
+ We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and tries to help in every situation. Location is next to a big mall with lots of restaurants and also just a couple of meters to the bus terminal. (Very good for daytrips to donsol) FREE Airport Pick Up. Also liked the mountainview from our room. - Breakfast is not good. Also the Breakfastroom is very uncomfortable.
Although the place is within the city,i don’t recommend staying there. One,i went out to find a laundromat, bringing one of our big bags, but no one even offered to help me with my luggage. Staff are not accommodating and friendly. Not worth for a 4-star
Rude receptionists especially the female ones. Not really friendly and welcoming. No proper endorsement bet the AM & PM shift. We paid for an extra guest/bed, they gave the breakfast stub for the 2nd day, and then on the 3rd day, they have to check again if we paid for an extra person twice? I requested for a towel for the extra person the night before, and yet the next morning passed up until lunchtime, no towel came. I had to request for it 3x and the receptionist who answered the lobby phone was so rude. They also forgot to give back my id the night during our check-in, i received no calls or anything that my id was still in the lobby. If i hadn't asked for the extra person breakfast stub (ON THE 3rd DAY), they would have forgotten to return it to me until our check out day. And the female receptionist just shoved it in front of me in a rude manner. Extra beds' frame are not sturdy enough, you sit on one end, it would collapse. You know, guests will not really complain if there was no pool, bad furniture or lacking amenities, as long as the hotel's staff are excellent & not rude. This hotel boasts of artists and other personalities who stayed in this hotel, but service-wise to regular guests are so poor.…
