We booked two rooms here, the standard one and the deluxe. Standard room is okay, may garden porch, ideal if nagsmoke ko or mahilig sa green lush. Pero mas okay yung deluxe room. Very nice restroom. Clear glass yung restroom, ideal for couples and honeymooners!!:) May baththub pa so you can simply relax sa tub while watching TV:) We also...

I love this hotel though its quite small compare to other hotel but definitely very good hotel we stayed at their presidential suite with a living room and 2 bedrooms. And dining table very suitable for the family they have also good view of taal volcano! Their swimming pool is small although you can never enjoy in tagaytay because of...

I arrived on a Thursday for a three night visit, the setting at the rear of the hotel is fabulous with a wonderful view across Lake Taal to the volcanoes. The rooms are good and comfortable although my aircon was noisy, the bathroom had a small tub and a shower. Unbelievably when the rest of my party arrived they were...

Check in February 18-19 with hubby and 2 kids. We've reached the hotel past 2pm (standard check in time is 2pm), I'm surprised there's a lot of guest (maybe because this is the weekend right after Valentine's). There are 2 receptionist at that time and I may say, they are doing the best to accommodate all waiting guests. We had...

My family stayed at this hotel last September. We booked 4 hotel rooms and we were glad we all got the same floor and all next to each other. Outstanding customer service from the front desk clerk to the manager. Everyone was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet has great selection. We enjoyed our stay!

This was below my expectation from a typical hotel in Tagaytay. The internet connection is poor, breakfast was way too bad to endure we even waited for about 30 minutes just for a sunny side up eggs. There were no service staffs to clear the dirty plates as they are grouping in a corner chit-chatting with other service staffs until...
