We got a special package for an overnight stay at their one-bedroom suite, and that includes a massage and big birthday cake for the birthday celebrator (plus a free golf umbrella and a 200-peso voucher for f&b. Simple hotel with simple amenities, but what we liked most is that it is clean and secure, the staff are friendly and helpful,...

A unique fusion of International and Filipino cuisine. A must try in foggy Tagaytay. Great staff, Kevin assisted us as to the dining area as soon as we were welcomed when she get in. It was a late dinner so we cannot decide what to order. Very knowledgeable with the menu, he suggested the best picks, and indeed, it is...

Attended a business conference organized by a government agency. Stayed for 2 nights. First of all it is not that easy to find the hotel because it is located at the back of another tall building which had a big One Tagaytay Place signage. Thinking that this was already the hotel, I asked to be dropped off along with my...

We didn't have any plans of staying overnight in Tagaytay. On our way back to Manila, we realized how bad traffic was, and passing by this hotel, we decided to just check in for the night. At about 6:30 pm on a weekend, the hotel lobby was surprisingly very quiet with no one around except for the lady in the...

The place is too far from the recreation areas. The food is not palatable. The bathroom is too small, the staff were not accomodating. Value of money is a no no no. If your looking for a better place to stay i will not recommend this place.

We discovered this place through our membership in RCI. My family have been back twice. Pick the Avant, the 3- bedroom suite especially if you are a larger group. The master bedroom has a great view of Taal - the lake and the volcano. And you can sit on the veranda outside but it can be windy. Besides the two...

My families experience in this hotel is truly amazing, everything is great from the staff to their manager Mr. Alvin is a host that you can depend upon, constantly monitoring breakfast service. I think the only problem we have was with the elevator. But everything else was superb.
