Overpriced option for what you get.

- DIRTY bathroom thick with lime scale and STINKS. Door locks itself and the flush chain doesn't work properly. Tiles are filthy with grime. Easily say it's never been cleaned....More

Hi! I did not ride any trains in Myanmar as other more comfortable options are also relatively cheap/affordable. Most travelers take the bus to Bagan. Most buses arrive early morning like 3AM-5AM, it is advisable to take a cab to New Bagan where Mya Thida Hotel is located. The cab driver was charging me 15k kyats but have negotiated it to 10k.
If I may suggest, you may want to watch the sunrise before heading to your hotel. You may ask the driver to take you there. :)
