I visited Ajmer on 6the February and stayed in this hotel in a family room. Ground floor room no 02. One of the pathetic hotel service I have ever experienced on top of that they are arrogant. Could not sleep as the staff was making loud noise at the reception the entire night. Somehow we spend the night and left in the morning. I would never advice or book this hotel ever.

So we all were excited to visit Ajmer after 12 yrs as a family. I manage the airlines & my mom manage the hotel bookings. She chose this hotel and assured me it was a good place. As a group of 5 + 1 we checked in last night ( in batches of 2) and two rooms were allocated to us. The check in process was smooth and the receptionist said he will send our id proof ( passport + other documents) to our room which never came & I had to go next morning down to reception and collect it. On asking, the tall dark guy hands it over to me & when asked why wasn’t the same sent to our room last night, the gentleman chooses to avoid the question. As soon as I entered room no 201, I requested for a room change as this room was facing road to which the room attendant assured me saying the market shuts by midnight and doesn’t open until 11 am in the morning, he also added “ Sir, ppl request for front room, you are the first one with backside facing room”. Somehow I bought his story and made my self comfortable with background noise and tried to sleep. Finally with street noise/ traffic / people talking / bells / honking / I couldn’t sleep and from 6 AM I was wide awake in my bed. When I went down to reception at 8 AM to tell them how uncomfortable I was, the reception staff (tall dark guy) was busy on the phone on his what’s app & it takes me 2 mins to get his attention despite standing in front of him, he put’s the blame on me saying you & my owner Mr. Lakhani had booked the room so please check with him, he also added “ you requested the front facing room”, which I never did. The receptionist knew the exact problem but still had I give a damn attitude. The attitude of the staff I found was off or probably I am spoilt with professional hospitality partners. So if you don’t wish to sleep beyond 6 am or you okay with staff treating you as if you staying there for free, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
