First time in a tented camp and we very much enjoyed the experience. Spent two nights while viewing the migration around Ndutu. Outdoor shower was great, a real flush toilet, very comfortable bed, spacious accommodation. The front screened veranda was great for early morning coffee (yes, they bring coffee if you ask). Nice view of Lake Masek. Very peaceful. The...

A real adventure in a most beautiful place. The tents are great though you can't get from one place to another without a massai warrior accompanying you. The tents are very comfortable and beautiful. The stuff is very friendly and the food is very good

This is the second stay for me at Lake Masek, staying three nights. . It's a wonderful place to rest and relax after a long day game driving. The tents are very large, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, and I love the bathroom which has an outdoor shower. Anyone staying there should treat themselves to an outdoor shower, just fabulous. The...

Great tented camp overlooking Lake Masek. The tents were very comfortable. We had plenty of hot water and enjoyed the screened deck. We were there when the migration was coming through and there were wildebeest and zebra everywhere!!! The food was good, served buffet style. The box lunches were not the best, but did the job for full day game...

It is a challenge to not repeat the positive reviews of the other travelers. We stayed here three nights in February. Excellent location, beautiful views, good food, very attentive service! Our tent was a like a VIP suite - our favorite was the outdoor shower. What a privilege to enjoy the beautiful African skies when taking a shower. Thanks for...

I've always dreamed of staying in one of those places where it likes like an ordinary tent on the outside and when you walk in it looks like you're at the Ritz. Well this place is it! You walk up the stairs (so the animals can't get in), unzip the tent and you walk in to a beautiful 4-poster bed...

My wife and I stayed at Lake Masek tented camp for 2 nights between Christmas and New Years. We had stayed at this camp 2 years ago and were disappointed to find that the tent we stayed in was run down and in bad need of a renovation. This time we were assigned the same tent we had last time...

Your personal "tent" is canvas with 4 poster beds complete with mosquito netting. It also has a tiled outdoor shower from which you can watch birds and wildlife. The balcony of the common area overlooks the lake where hippos wallow and weaver birds nest. At night wildlife strolls through camp and munches on vegetation. Staff are wonderful. Food is terrific....
