We really enjoyed our stay at the Tloma Lodge. The grounds are very well maintained, and it was nice to be able to walk through the gardens. The resort is kept in pristine condition, and all the staff and very friendly and accommodating. The snacks and happy hour before dinner is a nice touch.

After a Long Safari it is just so nice to come to such wonderful place. The meals wher fresh cooked and a very friendly staff made you just feel good. Just a place you have to stay. The Kids (10 & 13) loved it. One of the staff always had time for a litte Football kick with my son. It...

The Tloma Mountain Lodge served as the perfect location for our two days in the area. I highly recommend the lodge, because of the services provided and the atmosphere of the farm. It is safe, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, the meals were excellent and prices for drinks very acceptable. The gift shop is also absolutely...

We had spent 4 days, previous, on safari, and we ended at the Tloma Mountain Lodge which is just outside of the Ngorongoro Crater. The rooms were basic, but did have a lovely fireplace, which they will set up for you to warm you on a chilly night, such as we had. The showers, however, were really terrific, and after...

Our party of 12 occupied 6 adjacent rooms for two nights during our safari trip. As we entered the grounds it was like entering an oasis. The rooms were all excellent, the food in the restaurant was delicious and included a good variety of choices for the packed lunches each day. Sitting on the veranda in the evening chatting and...

Loved everything about Tloma Lodge. After a bumpy ride in, a little oasis within this coffee plantation. Beautiful grounds. Lovely pool. They grow their own fruits and vegetables! At night, roaring fires around the dining room, the center of the lodge, the outdoor porches - and you can request one in your room. Huge, nicely appointed rooms. Great service. Great...

Unfortunately we cannot give a positive feedback about this hotel. First of all, our rooms were not very nice. Too dark, bathroom not convenient (you cannot put your things anywhere). On the terrasse, we found a lively wasps nest... The swimming pool is very nice but very cold, only put one feet... The restaurant room is not cozy, too much...

My wife and I stayed here following a safari in Lake Manyara and prior to the continuation of the safari in Ngoro Ngoro (and onwards to the Serengeti). Tloma is a nice place, the staff are friendly, the grounds lovely and the pool looked nice too. We only stayed for one night, arrived late and left early so it's difficult...

Stayed here twice with a visit to the Serengeti in between... just perfect with lovely staff and wonderful food. Rooms were clean and tidy and had a great view of the garden where all the food is grown for the kitchens!

“We stayed in the Dove (Jiwa) and the wall between was not very soundproof - the couple in the room next to us spoke very loudly and we could hear them. I don't think they realised. Other than that everything was lovely - big spacious room, lovely beds, great shower and a big fireplace in the corner that you can have lit for USD5.00. ”
