We stayed for one night after a 12 hour flight on our way to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. We arrived late at night and they were so friendly. Kept the restaurant open until 12.30 am so we could eat. I had the best pizza here. The hotel is basic but was perfect for our short stay. The staff were amazing. Tip;...

I stayed here for two nights before and one night after my Kilimanjaro climb. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. They stored my suitcase for me for six days while I was on my climb at no cost, and it was returned to me with no problems. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room has both a cooling fan...

For $112 a night this is not worth you money. The hotel rooms are large and some of the staff are nice but they overcharge foreigners. Went here with local colleagues and they paid 1/3 of what I paid. They had the same rooms and same food. I would not recommend this place. Moshi has a lot of options. Additionally...

The hotel is in a very good locations and the rooms aren't too bad either. The swimming pool gets very crowded most of the afternoon and isn't very peacefull. Overall a satisfactory hotel with a good management!

Stayed here one night post a Kili climb. It's convenient, yet not right in centre of town. I liked the setting, I liked the pool and bar area. I was in one of the back rooms so found it quiet and peaceful - others closer to the reception found it noisier. Used wifi in reception and was good. Didn't use...

My stay at Sal Salinero started positively with a friendly and efficient check in. Sadly it was all downhill from there. The aircon did not work, the TV channels were grainy and had no sound and the electricity went off at least a dozen times during the night. Having lived in Tanzania for several years, this is the most I've...

This place is popular for events but i warn you it is in a residential area and dogs bark all night! They dont fix the massive dog problem they have. Great service and great rooms. There is great swimming pool, big outside bar with a range of all drinks. Reception helpful and luggage can be stored.

I stayed here for one night before climbing Kilimanjaro, the trip was part of a larger group. I found the staff were very welcoming and helpful, although the communication regarding paying for drinks was a little awkward at first. The hotel was clean, the food served was of a good quality with lots of flavour. The room I shared was...

Stayed there 2 nights pre Kili and one night post. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and reasonably clean. The food very bad and service at the restaurant is well below average. The bar is quite pleasant for a celebratory drink post climb. Accessible, 10 mins drive into Moshi town . Would only recommend for overnight stays before and after kili...
