Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic, but clean. The room had air conditioning and a fan, and also a basic coffee station. There was a flat screen TV with basic satellite service (MNET, SABC, eTV and religious channels). There is adequate off-road parking. There is a large swimming pool and a jungle gym and trampoline for the kids....

When we arrived at Graaff Reinet it was almost 40 degrees but Karoopark was like an oasis. The room was nice and cool thanx to the air conditioner. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good food at a good price

This was a true wow moment. The rooms are clean and well serviced. The bar is comparable with most establishments that I have visited. But the surprise was the food. It takes a special talent to prepare a fresh and tasty calamari in the Karoo, followed by a venison pie par excellence: only beaten by the lamb potjie. Finished off...

Nice clean rooms, beautiful bar area and the kudu steak can be recommended for all. Safe environment and parking. Well situated for a stopover traveling from inland to the coast and to visit tourist attractions in the area.

The welcome after a long days driving was disappointing. It appeared that the staff were just going through their paces and were very impersonal. It was very convenient that they have an onsite bar and restaurant saving us having to go out to find somewhere to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. Karoopark is very good for a stop...

We had left George later than we had planned, on our way to JHB, late afternoon we came across Karoopark. We were greeted by friendly, helpful receptionist and escorted to our room where we were more than pleasantly surprised. The room was neat, clean and big enough to have had a party in :-) The shower could have accommodated an...

Lovely spacious room, beautiful garden and pool area where we could relax, and the food was impressive and accompanied by great service. We loved the Karoo lamb chops. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay.

This is not our first stay at the guesthouse and we find it a pleasure as always. Good breakfast with dinner in their restaurant optional. Have stayed here with kids as well and a warm and welcoming place. Will definitely return.

Lovely - kids enjoyed the swimming pool despite the (coldish) weather! Loved the garden - spacious and neat. Rooms were really clean and neat. Wasn't sure if my booking included breakfast, forgot to ask.
