One night stay on the way to the desert, on a very windy day that did detract from the features the hotel offers, in particular the pool area. Staff member who checked us in was also served us dinner and breakfast. We were the only guests on this night. Our room was a suite, lacking any sort of personality. Most amusingly the door handle came off in my hand and had I not been able to reassemble the internal mechanism we would have been stuck in the room. We could not make this understood to the staff, even with visual role play. The bar was well patronised in the evening but we did not enter due to heavy smoking. Music emanating was great. We sat in the courtyard listening before going to bed still listening to the sounds.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Sahara Desert. The front desk was laid back and didn't help us when we told them that the Internet was not working.. The room was big for the 3 of us and there was a safe with a key. There was no curtain in the bathtub and there was a smell of mildew probably from the water splashing on the floor every day! There was no screen on the bathroom window so a few flies flown in..it was disgusting! There was hardly anybody in the hotel as there was only the 3 of us in the dining room for dinner and breakfast. There was a nice pool but too many flies. I would avid this hotel and go somwhere else.

Rooms are large but lacked character and were worn. Staff were disinterested and transactional. Only place in morocco that we were not asked if we wanted some tea upon arrival. Entry stark. Only place we stayed at that had a tv in the room. Breakfast was good.
