I visited the hotel with my family. There's a large variety of activities to do;from aqua aerobics to late night karaoke it was an exciting few days. What stood out the most was the the customer care service, our Ac was not working properly and when we informed them, the electrician was there in less than 10 minutes and fixed...

Used to love this hotel back around 2011 but not so much now. Most amenities out of order. Understandable in financial dark times for Coastal tourism but could do better. When at It's best is an absolute world beater.

The hotel is set at a beautiful location right next to the ocean in the outskirts of Mombasa. The hotel has a variety of big swimming pools overlooking the ocean with many trees in the swimming area, but that's just about it. Everything else in the hotel is run down. From the rooms and the entire compound the cleanliness and...

The reservation process is a tedious and you will be lucky to find allocated the room you had reserved despite numerous phone calls. The food menu is...

I have been to this hotel more than 6 times and I just cannot get enough of it. Good setting. Love that they have a variety of pools to choose from. Although renovations/ Construction of the apartments is ongoing the hotel is clean and not noisy. Love the food though they can improve on the variety of foods

We stayed at the Sun and Sand a few years ago now and had a really nice time. Upon arrival we were " upgraded" to a superior room with ocean views which was very nice ( had dual sinks too which helped) . The hotel pool areas were very nice however the only downfall was the beach. The reef seemed...
