We stayed in the Stone Lodge for one night in April 2017. After a long journey to Kumasi, we happy reached the Four Villages Inn. This wonderful house with some rooms is nice decorated and also a DVD-Library is available. The big rooms include AC, a huge bed and a bathroom. The host was very friendly, so you can feel...

We arrived super late (at about 3am) after a tiring trip from Cape Coast. We called ahead the previous evening to let Frank know of the delays. Incredibly he was there to welcome us on arrival and show us straight to our room with no fuss. Four Villages has a classic décor feel. Rooms and bathroom are spotlessly clean and...

I spent three days here and really enjoyed the stay. Intimate and comfortable like renting a private home, probably because my colleagues and I had the whole place for the weekend. Very comfortable rooms, good air conditioning for the bedrooms. Lovely breakfast, and very sweet, helpful staff. Definitely will stay here and again and highly recommend it.

Stayed two nights on vacation. Clean, air conditioned room, beautiful garden, good breakfast, helpful staff, and bath tab (!). Reasonably priced against its service quality. Frank called a woman to be a guide for me, and she guided me through the market and a Kente weaving village Adanmowase. She explained very well based on her 60 years of living experience...

This property was one of 5 hotels stayed at across Ghana during a first ever personal pilgrimage to West Africa. All but this one were more traditional, very nice, hotels. I simply loved everything about Four Villages. The owners are warm, professional and enjoyable. The rooms, meals and service are the best of my many stays at B & Bs...

We are a small establishment trying to provide quality service in an environment that can on somedays be described as challenging at best. But appreciation like yours is great encouragement and feels like a fresh gust in our sails. Thank you so much for your kind words.

I'm not sure if there are any "amazing" places to stay in Kumasi. That being said, we had an acceptable stay here. The bed was hard and the sheets were strangely "scratchy" for lack of better words. The A/C worked, the room was dark but spacious, the property was quiet. They only accept cash. The breakfast was OK. I booked...

Thanks for staying with us in November and thanks for your constructive criticism. As far as the rooms being a little dark, we're aware of that and working on it. But we've only ever had good reviews on our beds; as far as sheets being "scratchy", I'm at a loss for words. We spend a packet every year on good...

We arrived very late and the owner was on hand to let us in. The room was spacious, comfortable, well decorated, with air conditioning. Very attractively furnished. Wifi worked fine, and breakfast was good the next day. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed two nights and were not disappointed at all. The owner Frank had been very helpful in advance with our planning, even going to the bus station to look at a route for us. While he was in Canada for Christmas we were entertained by the lovely Charity and her charming staff. You couldn't get a friendlier welcome and...

This is halfway between a hotel and B&B, with the best of both worlds. The owner and staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with sensible plumbing that works. I would happily stay here again.

Halfway between hotel and B&B is a pretty good way of putting it. Thanks for the review. Cheers!

Is it is not only the place itself which is beautiful and has a very personal atmosphere. It is the owners that make the place so special. I They have a lot to tell about Ghanas tradition and its current problems abd are also very helpful in arranging anything you might need in the area. I especially recommend the market...

Thanks, and I remember you being such gracious guests. It's easy to be helpful around superb people. Yes! The market tour is not to be missed. Comfort is energetic and awesome. We even recommend her tour to our business travelers if they can squeak a day in betwen meetings...her tour is that good.
