Physically, very nice hotel. You really feel like your at the salt flats. Common areas are very well designed and are maintained well, but staff aren't very friendly. My guess is that they normally get one-night visitors from arranged tours, so it was more like a production line and the staff didn't have any incentive to try very hard. We...

We stayed in several hotels in Uyuni and Sud Lipez, and this was the best, albeit the most expensive. Floor is made of salt, but in the bedrooms it's laminate so ok with bare feet at night. Staff will wheel your cases to the room. Nice design includes many small seating areas with wood-burning stoves, which are necessary because the...

This hotel was built with salt bricks and most of the public areas are salt laden so no flip flops. Lots of little lounges with fire places of various kinds. Stay comes with breakfast and dinner - very average at best. Lunch is usually out on the Salt flats and depending who you are travelling with, there are different levels...

Our flight suffered a major delay. I called the hotel and they rearranged our tour and also transportation quickly. We arrived very late in the evening but they welcomed us warmly. I used 2 tours from them and I am so glad I didn't use the local city tour company. I understand their tour rate is a little more expensive...

Hotel is nice. Comfortable but with a handicap. The floor is just salt and you cannot go through with your luggage by yourself. In our case, our room was in the second floor so, worst because there were several steps. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is very poor. Generally speaking, it's OK but have in mind this. Self-service is quite...

I've stayed in deserts and super rural places before and have learned not to expect a lot! Luna Salada was such a pleasant surprise! The views across the flats were spectacular, especially at sunset. The hotel itself was unexpectedly romantic, with lots of cute fireplaces and hammocks. I also didn't have high expectations for the buffet dinner, but in all...

The prices are expensive and to charge for the amount of you pay at least have a better conexión to the internet and add the dinner and of course the cab, if you want to go to the city it's very expensive 25$ per person.
