Our group of 6 joined a 6-day tour to Uyuni from La Paz. Our tour operator advised us to upgrade to this hotel for a nicer place to sleep in this remote area. We paid an extra of more than USD400 for three twin rooms for one night. The rooms were warm and cozy but not very clean. There're hairs...

It was brilliant because it was so remote. The food was adequate and charmingly served. The heating in our room was very hot and could not be adjusted and the toilet flush was broken but having said all that we were mesmerised by our stay and there is very little choice in the area. Memorable. Only a very little English...

We stayed for one night including dinner at this truly awful place. Dinner was 20 USD and was nothing more than rice, salad and some sad pieces of meat. After every one had one helping, they took away the buffet. We had some cake since there was a birthday in our group and they didn't even want to give us...

We stayed for 1 night at Mallku Cueva. The owner, his family and their staff were very friendly and helpfull. Dinner was simple food but very delicious. The rooms are small and warm at night. Maybe it's possible to lower the central heating during the night but I understand the nights are extremely cold outside.

We drive into a non descript village and pull up to a non descript building. The driver says 'hotel' and we all pile out. Passing through the door is Iike Alice passing through the looking glass. Inside is a boutique hotel to match any in world. The colors are wonderful and the places is like a mirage. If you are...

We never had expected to arrive at such a comfortable hotel in a town that looks rather derelict. The lodging was superb, the lobby a very welcoming gathering place, where we met other travellers. The guest room was spacious and nicely decorated and the dinner freshly prepared and of excellent quality. In every regard a positive surprise!

This hotel is so far off the beaten track that it is not even listed in Booking.com. However, it is a little gem. Clean, comfortable, great staff and hot showers in the middle of the Bolivian south-west desert area. We stayed as part of a 3 day tour of Uyuni and the south-west and were pleasantly surprised by the high...

This little hotel it's super cozy, our room was very nice. Very pretty with a rock wall, the bed was oh so very comfortable! Good service, we had a very tasty dinner and enjoyed our breakfast also. We enjoyed our stay and we'd stay here again. We would recommend it to anyone.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and that was the nicest part of this hotel. The common areas were also very nice with ample seating and a tables to sit and work at (if need be). The inside of the cave is also pretty neat. Breakfast was good with a nice variety including eggs. The rooms...

The hotel is built into the rock face in a valley. Has a nice common area with friendly and attentive staff/manager. Place is very quiet and with a rustic feel. Unfortunately, there was no heating when we stayed there. It got down to below freezing that night. Despite the thick layers of blankets we woke up freezing with sinus headaches....
