Well? What can i say about this Hotel And the Choice Hotels International brand? Keeping it short because I could really write a novel on the events at the hotel and then after reporting the issue to The Choice Hotels corporate. We didn’t expect the additional features that came with checking in.... A USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLE on the entrance to the bathroom door within our room! I complained to hotel and corporate and basically got the brush off... You make up your own minds if you feel safe to stay at one of the hotel chains? We won’t be staying at a Choice Hotel brand establishment again! Mr & Mrs Dolan Illinois
We had a Great experience..its look like newly Renovated hotel .staff was so friendly..Nice and Quiet place..we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast is good and looks so clean and nice ..lobby looks really nice overall nice stay
Great customer service nice and clean rooms and we enjoyed pool time and they had a best breakfast.we Saturday for couple of nights . Manager was really helpfull. We will stay here when we are back in the area.we recommend everyone to stay here we in this area
We(family of 4) stayed here on our way back home. We were tired of driving and needed to get a room. Based on all the reviews of the other hotels, the whole town seems really sketchy(check the other reviewers). We choose this place, because I had points to use and it was an indoor cordials, instead of the other hotels in the area. The room was clean and it did the job for the night. The bathroom was average size, but I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. Internet was good, the pool water was warm and it was clean, but we didn't get to use it, since we arrived around 9:00 pm. Don't even plan on eating breakfast there, unless it doesn't take you much to make you happy. They had a breakfast burrito, and egg/cheese omelet to warm up in the microwave. They had packages of oatmeal, apples and individual packaged honey buns to eat. Along with coffee and juice. That was it. We have been traveling since Covid started in March 2020 and this was the most basic breakfast we came across in the past 18 months. Overall, it is a safe place to rest your head for the night. It was comfortable and the air conditioning was NOT loud.…
Wonderful and spacious room, updated hotel amenities, wonderful staff who were ready to please the customer. I was happy with everything about the hotel. I have nothing to complain about my stay there. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We have stayed several times and it used to be a good motel. Now they allow drugs being used in the rooms and outside. The hallways reek of weed and the parking lot is full of people smoking and hanging out. To the point you don’t want to walk outside by yourself.
We have visited this hotel in Covid-19 pandemic and extremely care about their guest and employee as well, They disinfect lobby area in every couple hours. Also room is clean and comfortable. They have a air freshener in lobby which take your mind to the piece. We will definitely come back at this property.
First of all, the guest room doors all look like they’ve been beaten down a time or two. Upon walking into the room, my breath was taken away by the level of humidity and pungent odor of mold/mildew. The fan had been left on, not the air conditioner, so it was like walking into a mild swamp. The bed, although seemingly comfortable, was damp from the prolonged exposure to high humidity. I considered sticking it out as my room had been paid for by someone else, until I saw the black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom from previous water damage. Bottom line: I didn’t feel comfortable. I could have requested a different room but it was late and I had previously stayed at a different hotel in north Little Rock that I knew I was comfortable at. I checked out less than 30 minutes after checking in. I will not consider staying at this property in the future.…
We have stayed here at least three different times, and it never disappoints. Clean rooms, supportive staff and a good breakfast. There are not many common areas to work in, but there are several restaurants and a Starbucks nearby.
Stayed here the end of December and it was just awesome ...make sure you see Victoria at the front desk , she will go out of her way to help you....plus she had an awesome personality. The rooms also we're clean and the bed very very comfortable. Well worth the price to stay there plus it's right next door to Walmart..n the golden corral !
