My family was traveling to Texas for Thanksgiving and we needed a place to stop off and sleep. We weren’t expecting the Hilton, but the minimum requirement in my opinion for any hotel/motel should be cleanliness. First off, their was a sign that said “100% smoke-free facility”, but we were greeted by a man inside the hotel with a cigarette in his mouth. At 2am there was a lot of strange activity going on inside and outside the hotel. This place was DISGUSTING! I can’t even express just how disgusting, except to say the bedding was so gross we covered up with our coats instead, and my husband slept with his hood on, hoping no bugs would get in his ears! My son slept with his shoes on and was completely grossed out by the “period stains” on the sheets! I got up to use the bathroom the next morning and there was NO toilet paper, just an empty roll. The surfaces were visibly unclean, with leftover filth and hairs from the last guests. Why would we stay here you ask?? We were asking ourselves the same question, but at 2am, our options were limited. I could go on, I’ll just end my review by saying DON’T STAY HERE. Sleep in your car before you stay at this creepy dump!

Okay, so the room was inexpensive and clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Joe, who we met our first night of our two day stay was very friendly and helpful. The negatives, the word "Townhouse: is troubling, standard room, again, great price. No fireplace, breakfast, coffee, desk lamp or clock in our room. Additionally, in order to make a reservation, you have to call a number that is not local. The closer for us was when, on our last morning of our stay, I notified the gentleman at the front desk (not Joe) that our toilet was backed up, and had been since the previous day, he handed me a plunger!!!! I respectfully left the plunger for the housekeeping staff. I was visiting for a convention and will not be back.

We stayed at this hotel while we were visiting family during Christmas time 2020. The price was really cheap. We kept the do not disturb sign out the whole 8 nights we were there as to keep people out of our room due to Covid. The staff was nice and the stay was good. However, we came home with Bed Bugs. We have been living in our current home for over 8 years and have never had a problem but after this trip I found bed bugs in my child's bed. I called the hotel to let them know in an effort to be nice and the front desk person would not let me talk to the manager and then started to argue with me. Said "I check that room all the time." I told him I didn't want to argue with him just wanted to let him know. He was very rude! We cold also smell cigarette smoke coming from the owner's room (110) as we were in room 112. Was woken up at 4:30 and 6:15 am by the room phone ringing and no one was on the other end. Was woken up at 4:15 am another day by someone trying to start his truck that kept backfiring sounding like someone shooting a gun outside our window. I will Not be staying there ever again.

This hotel is a great choice! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is easy access to the interstate and close to ROMA's Italian Restaurant which is an awesome place to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. I will make OYO Townhouse a first choice for my future needs.

We stayed here because we needed a quick 1 night place to stay. It was affordable. The app wanted me to check out for $38 (referred a friend). When I arrived my bill was $40 (ok, taxes or whatever). My card was charged $43.89. It wasn’t much but be upfront & honest. I had earned OYO money. The clerk had no idea about that. Even though there was a large saying “sign up with app. Earn OYO money” I won’t choose OYO again.

Really surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room for the price charged. The microwave and refrigerator were a huge plus. The location was very quiet and near restaurants and stores. The one minus was the advertisement that they included Breakfast -- not so. No breakfast was available, but we were extremely happy with this stay.

The price on this may seem too good to be true, but it is true. The things is, it looks like they are renovating the entire hotel, so the low price makes up for the renovations in progress. But the room itself was very fine - clean, smelled fresh. For a simple overnight, what else do you want? No breakfast, but walk to Starbucks next-door. Why spend any more for a pass through overnight stay? Family owned and friendly.

This was the last place we stayed on our cross Tennessee - Arkansas trip. Jill was very cordial when she checked us in and we enjoyed her chit-chat. The location was pretty good for freeway access although somewhat dangerous if you're not used to reading YIELD signs. There are lots of stores and eateries nearby as Jacksonville is the main town. The room was okay with high ceiling. What's that you say? You like STARBUCKS? Well, there's one right next door. They'll even give you at 3 AM wake up call when their dumpster gets pickled up. Then they go next door to pick up at the Burger King. Pretty quite place otherwise with no breakfast frills.

For the fact that u contacted the front desk and cussed a employee out for something that was out of her control is kind of rude she is not direct tv therefor she can’t fix your tv and do to the storm the tv messes up... happens everytime!! This is by far the best place I have ever stayed the people are great I won’t stay anywhere else

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a dog to stay first off the Chester drawers had the front parts ripped looked like they got them from the dump. Could not take a Subaru no stopper. Lastly the TV went out called the front desk the lady had a attitude told me they had direct TV and when the storm was over so I hung up on her because she was no help as I was sitting my phone down the room phone started ringing it was her she cursed me and called me a sorry rude low_down person for hanging up on her. I said what was sorry for what they charged they couldn't get decent cable service. I hung up the phone 5-10 minutes later the police showed up and told us we had to leave because we were making a ruckus. I called the corporate office and nobody from there has the guts to call me and talk to me . If you come to Jacksonville Arkansas don't stay at motel 6 if you do don't complain about the TV because you will get the cops called on you and get kicked out of your room and get your money stolen from you
