Perhaps the best bar in the city, with also a brand new segafreddo cafe, and the always beautiful pool, somehow compensate with a serious lack of a good place for having breakfast..., and rooms with an urgent need of... I have to say that the architecture and decoration of the lobby was exquisite. I really thought it was going to be a revamped version of the old Hilton so I decided to give it a try to one of the most expensive hotels in Barquisimeto. Room was in a third floor so view the view and the breeze was... More

Formerly The Barquisimeto Hilton, Hotel Jirahara is located in the East side of the city, considered the wealthiest neighborhood by the locals. However, the area has become so dangerous that guests are no longer advised to walk in the vicinity of the hotel. For those who stayed at the property under the Hilton brand, the decay is radical, from the... More

Staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. Hotel is aged and needs renovations. Rooms show this fact. Anyway I had a satisfactory stay. Property is situated on a very nice area, pool facilities are located on a beautiful garden. Very good italian restaurant on premises. Breakfast was good at the cafeteria.Located on a nice part of the city and... More
