This hotel is centrally located close to the Hanga Roa Harbour, museum, restaurants and shops. It is set in beautiful lush gardens with a nice small swimming pool. Rooms are clean and simple with safe and frjdge. Good breakfast included. WiFi only works at the office area. Make sure you go to the Mercado up the street and get bottled...

Hotel arranged airport pickup and return. Hotel is spread out...A series of bungalows throughout the beautiful gardens. Bungalows nearest the reception, breakfast area and common room with TV are numbered in the low 100s. These rooms appear to be newerer and have their own little deck off the patio doors. As you proceed through the property (heading towards the pool),...

This hotel is located in an excellent area of Hanga Roa just a few meters from the ocean and the village where you can find restaurants and all sorts of shops. My husband and I were received with a delicious glass of fresh squeezed guava juice when we checked in and that gave us a nice impression of the hotel....

The one star given to the hotel is just for the location .... in the beginning there was a cab that was supposed to pick us from the airport which never came .... then you have to deal with the staff of the hotel which is rude barring one man who somehow helped us ... There is no room service...

Nice grounds right on the ocean and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everyone at the hotel was very courteous and provided a map. Bungalow style is the word here. Ours was a one room with spacious closet and a bathroom. A light bulb was out in lamp and they came right over to put a new one in and...

I have never experienced so much help from hotel staff as i did in the O'tai hotel. They never had too little time to check things for me, make a phone call or even chat for a while. I felt like surrounded with family. Yes, the hotel rooms are simple, but the hotel is located close both to the harbor...

This hotel is located off the main street in Hanga Roa, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, dive operators, surf schools, church. It is literally only a few minutes walk to the moai at Tahai so you can walk down to watch the sunset every single day and also bathe in either of the seapools before breakfast. I had a...

Beautiful grounds. Nice staff. Rooms are simple. No tv. Small fridge and safe. Could use a kettle - always wanted a coffee but not hot water. Internet is only at the front desk and can be spotty. Rooms were clean. Some areas had some cobwebs. Breakfast was simple - eggs. Toast. Some fruit and local baked goods. Avocado. Cheese and...

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and clean. Plus there is a lovely pool area. Breakfast area was pleasant and there was a good variety of food to choose from. All...

The best part of the hotel is its location in the heart of Hanga Roa only a few minutes from the moai on the coast at Tahai (which makes it easy to go down at sunset to get photos) and right in the heart of all the shops and tour operators. My room was clean and comfortable. I came to...
