The room was perfect. Great view, clean and tidy. Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff which gave us good tip on places to visit. We really like our coffee. It was nice that we get to play chest next to the fireplace, and enjoy the view sitting in the garden.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Old, with character in a lovely setting. Plenty of room to roam. Room sizes were great for travellers who go out during the day. There is also plenty of space downstairs, lounges, terraced seating and quiet area....and a bar. Lovely walks and close to outdoor attractions. Not modern, old charm. Good wifi...

I have stayed at The Manor Hotel on business trips many times over the past eighteen months and have been extremely impressed with the consistently excellent customer service that I have always received. Alina and Pedro have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and well looked after and nothing is ever too much...

Our second stay at The Manor Hotel, and an ideal place to stay and tour the area to enjoy the Beacons. Booked a "best room" which had a four poster bed (though not critical for our stay!), comfortable chairs and a good-sized en suite bathroom. Only complaint, though not of great importance for just a two day stay, was a...

Hotel is super charming and has such a warm feeling, accompanied by a truly kind and gracious staff who go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. They helped me find the most economical and efficient cab service - as well as provided me with other astute recommendations during my stay. I am so grateful...

This hotel ticks all the right boxes. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dinner. This hotel always succeeds in finding an excellent chef. The area around Crickhowell is superb as a tourist venue. Much to see and do. So returning to the comfort of The Manor Hotel finishes each day on a high.

We stayed for two nights. Beautiful hotel/scenery/views/walks and local pubs and restaurants. We were disappointed with the quality of the room even though we booked a 'better' room, although it was clean. The shower did not work properly (cold/hot) and we found the two twin-beds which were pushed together to be quite uncomfortable and disappointing. The staff especially Pedro and...

Found this hotel on wowcher and after checking dog friendly decided to book. It's a shame as the hotel could have a lot going for it BUT room needed some TLC, frustratingly the shower would not produce hot water continually and ended up washing my hair in cold water. Strangely hot water came out of COLD tap on the sink...
