Only had a drink and crisps, but lovely traditional pub to relax and have a well kept choice of ales and ciders. If you are after character and comfort following a long and strenuous walk, look no further.

My wife, daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge End Inn after an absence of quite a few years, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, we were given the cottage next door for our 2 night stay, very clean and tidy, although I never did fathom out how to get hot water from the bathroom... Came here just before our journey home to London - the sun was out so we sat in the garden overlooking the river. Friendly staff, and a fast service. We both ordered baguettes which were great value for money. We also ordered two drinks and chips. Overall came to about £13 for a very filling lunch! Very cosy inside where... More

Managed to squeeze a party of walkers in on a Saturday night, but we felt the food was not up to scratch. Very small portions, lamb chops virtually raw plus wasnt asked by any staff if meals were ok. Car park is a safety hazard, but the pub itself is a charming old building. Very nice to have a drink... More

Well it took 2 hrs for lunch to be served .Not the best I've eaten ,tasteless and unappealing very disappointed. I gave it 2 stars and that was for the view .I would return for drinks but not food. It's a pity because it could be great with the location .

A fine drop of Bass was again enjoyed by the river. Be careful you don't drive past this cracking pub as you go over the bridge at Crickhowell. The food is great and there's always a real fire in the winter. Could it get any better?

We stayed a night in this B&B and also dined there during the evening. A beautiful Inn set on the River Usk, surrounded by the Brecon mountains., a walkers delight, with amazing views. Spotlessly clean room, and the landlord and landlady were charming . The food was delicious, a vast menu catering for most tastes, I would highly recommend eating... More

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime, only one other party in the restaurant area. We waited well over an hour for our food. When we complained the staff were not interested at all really. When the food eventually arrived it was just OK, nothing special. Definitely will not be going there again and certainly would not recommend it.
