Stayed here for a birthday treat for my mum. Not sure what to expect, but wasn't disappointed. Fabulous hotel. Stayed in "His Lordships Room", which was a suite with double twin beds and amazing views over the grounds. Had the 7 course taster meal, with each 1 as delicious as the next. We enjoyed the food so much, we ate...

We could not fault our visit to Caer Beris where we enjoyed the 7 course taster meal. The meal took about 2 hours from start to finish which was just right as you need a little break between courses. Every course was lovely, interesting and beautifully served

We stayed at the Caer Beris Manor House last weekend. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us around the hotel and took us to our room. The room was spacious with everything we needed for an overnight stay and the bathroom was clean with a huge shower. The room...

Staying in Mid Wales in wild January weather means you want on your hotel to be warm, welcoming and cosy. Caer Beris Manor delivers all of these and excellent food. Their 7 course taster menu was a delight, well presented and impeccably served. Our dog was welcomed and my request for a room with a bath ensured we had a...

We stayed for one night on one of the hotel's "newsletter deals". Those subscribing receive similar offers to those shown on Groupon. On arrival, we were shown around the ground floor amenities by a very friendly receptionist, who then took us up to room 10 - the "chauffer's room". The room itself was furnished in a traditional style. Very spacious,...

As you say, we do send out special offers to our newsletter subscribers every month, so look out for the next one! We sometimes include extras that the deal sites don't so it is worth signing up. We stayed here on a groupon deal for two nights including a seven course tasting menu. We arrived on Friday afternoon and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady, giving us a short tour and brief history. She was lovely and polite. The room was room 1 which was a family room despite us being just a couple but...

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review and are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. The offer that we ran with the Tasting Menu has been so successful that we sold out every weekend for months ahead and instead of just two or three a day, we have had dozens a day. We can't compromise on...

Beautiful location, beautiful grounds and splendid hotel. Like another reviewer we were on a Groupon offer for a night's stay and the 7 course menu. We didn't upgrade but our room was big, huge en-suite, king size bed, all clean and comfortable. The menu was very good, but it beat me. Too much to tackle, but my husband managed it...

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us on the offer. We have altered our Tasting Menus recently as some guests felt that portions were too small. At least your husband managed it! Regards Peter

Staff were very accommodating for our little baby girl and good service all round. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Grounds were pretty even in the winter. Overall a lovely stay with a great breakfast.
