Absolutely excellent guest house with a great welcome and the best breakfast I've had in years. We would love to go back on a personal break so hope to do that soon. Highly recommend if you are in this part of beautiful Wales!

I stayed here while visiting family who live in Builth. I agree with previous reviews. I had a comfortable room and the owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. All in all, really good value. I will definitely stay again

Where do I start!....booked a 3 night stay here from Thursday to Sunday!..... What a big mistake!....absolutely dreadfull!....lets just say they have great camera skills!....tiny tiny rooms very 70 ,s dark wood and the bathroom is the size off a stair cupboard!....mouldy shower curtain!.....
