We stayed two nights at Pairc an t-Srath, having chosen this guest house as our base for touring the Isle of Harris. As it turned out, we couldn't have chosen better - it was perfect! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and fantastic views. What more could you want? We took our dog with us and having a beautiful beach just...

We spent three planned nights (and one unplanned one due to weather and cancelled ferries) with Lena and Richard in November 2014 (I have selected Jan 2016 for the purposes of this post as that is as far back as the box goes!). The property is spotlessly clean with very comfortably furnished rooms. The location and the view from the...

Great hosts in a beautiful location. Lena and Richard were very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately I didn't get the chance to sample Lena's legendary dinners. Next visit I will stay longer. See you next year!

Had a great three night stay here and wished we had booked for longer. Lena and Richard could not have been more welcoming, and helpful - as well as all the staff that they had working with them. The house was very comfortable and full of interesting things - it was also spotless. We had a fantastic dinner on one...

Stayed here for five nights and eat in for dinner on one occasion. Dog friendly. Lena and Richard are great hosts with beautiful accommodation. Fantastic selection for breakfast. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Highly recommended.

It was an utter delight to stay with Lena and Richard - like staying with your favourite relatives where they have thought of everything you like and need. The food - breakfast and dinner, was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented in their dining room overlooking the sea - and from where you can watch the sun go down over Taransay...

We had an excellent 3 night stay here. The owners, Richard and Leena, are welcoming from the moment you drive up to the door. The accommodation is clean and well laid out, and, quite simply, they have thought of everything. When we stayed I asked to change the feather duvet and pillows to fibre alternatives (due to an allergy) and...

We had a double room ensuite with sea view. It was a clean room and we slept well. The host were very helpfull in finding a restaurant. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit. The B&B is perfect for visiting Harris.
