We stayed here for a night last week when visiting the area and can summarise our experience in one word...EXCELLENT! The owner was exceptionally friendly, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern yet homely and our breakfasts were cooked to order and to perfection. A "must stay" for anyone visiting the area.

Modern, well-appointed and spacious room with an excellent bathroom. Too often, B&Bs are let down by fusty community rooms furnished with family rejects. Not here though, the sofas and wood burner made the communal lounge a home from home.

Great location, nice decor and good bedrooms....all immaculately clean!! Tips to other guests: No shoes in the house so expect to be asked to remove them before at the front door. Breakfast only available til 8:30am and you'll need to order the night before. Only one of the three rooms has a bath or tv....so best to check if these...

This is a fantastic B&B close to Inverness, 10 min. by car. It is located in the country side, so very quite. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is very good and freshly made to your order every morning. The owners are very nice and friendly. I can only recommend this place!

Stopped here for three nights and was not disappointed an excellent stay. The guest accommodation is separate and has a guest lounge. The location is peaceful and well located for visiting many local sights. The breakfast is a very high standard with a high level of attentiveness from the owner who has a wealth of local knowledge. The bedrooms are...

This is really a great place to stay! Our room and the bathroom were really big and spotlessly clean. Very nice hosts, great breakfast and the nicest dogs I've ever seen. The surroundings are perfect for a nice stroll and the distance to Inverness is short. Absolutely recommended.

We loved this B&B, it is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. We were greeted by one of the collies who was so well behaved and just sat on the grass area in front of the house watching us. The large comfortable and modern room with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with tasty fresh fruit and lots of...
