Maid service is good when they come by which is about twice a week. The rooms are old but well kept and clean. This place charges for everything. Parkng, safe, Wifi, beach towels and PC to print airline boarding passes. But they are friendly people that understand that without tourism that will starve, This condo/timeshare complex in Maho is right beside...

I just returned from 8days in St. Martin. Love it there. I had not stayed at La Terrasse. I was impressed with the room. 5577, three bedroom penthouse. I enjoyed the location because there is a lot to do in Maho bay.

This was the second resort we stayed at on this trip to St. Maarten. The first place was awful so that may be why my impression of this place was so good. First off, the location was outstanding! Several things to do within a 2 minute walk. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, though a few times...

First impressions not good, as the lobby is tired, but it's supposed to be in the middle of refurbishment, so maybe it will be better soon. Reception staff, when they were actually around, werent very helpful or informative. Everything seemed to be too much trouble. This from an island calling itself the 'friendly' island! Staying at La Terrasse certainly makes...

Our two bedroom was ok and had no complaints, but wouldn't brag to friends about it. The pool is really nice with a great view, but when we were there no one was ever there. Great if you want a nice place to read a book but not as much fun as the other resorts pools. The planes are really...

Stayed 5 days from May 6 - May 11th We exchanged some Hilton timeshare points to RCI to stay here. We booked a studio and were upgraded to a one bedroom which was a nice surprise when we got to our room. Upon entry, it is a no frills lobby. The front desk lady was extremely warm and security was...

We rented a car immediately after getting off of the plane and thankfully the hotel had a parking garage directly below it. What we didn't know until we got there is that everything has an extra fee. The parking garage is intended for guests, but instead of that being tied into the overall costs of the room, it's an extra...

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at La Terrassee. They are doing some rennovations so it will be even better when they are finished but it was still great as it was. Lovely pool both at La Terrasse and its sister La Plage (guests can use either), restaurants a short walk away, grocery store, close to beach, etc. All in all...

We have been here for a week- have not had the use of. The grounds or the pool- it is empty . We have to go across the street to Sonesta .There has been construction going on in the hallway - across from our suite- all week they replaced windows. We are on the 3rd floor and the view would...

We just got back from a weeks vacation at la Terrasse. Love how close it is to the airport, right around the corner. We rented a car from Thrifty and at the airport at guy from the Thrifty company took everyone who rented a vehicle in a shuttle to the Thrifty car rental building. Very efficiant and nice. Car was...
