We just booked this on the morning of our stay after a long drive & to be honest we're not expecting much, but oh my were we surprised!! The B&B was very nice with a great room & big bathroom. There was a little bar selling over a hundred Single Malts (I sampled a couple!). Sat by the roaring wood...

Our group of four stayed here one evening en route from Edinburgh to Skye. Located on a scenic bluff overlooking the lake, this adorable BnB was a favorite of ours. Check-in was easy and our room (No. 4) was comfy and well-appointed. I loved the heated towel rack and the bed was fantastically comfy. The staff was kind enough to...

After a long drive up from the Lake District getting to this place had to be a quick and easy formality. The only let down was that you couldn't book in until 4pm so we had a quick recce round the corner to Fort William. Once in our front facing room we were well pleased with our lot. The room...

This is a nice B&B. It looks to be in the process of renovating - the windows all looked brand new and the bathroom was nicely updated. The beds are in desperate need of replacing - you could feel every. single. spring. The room was comfortable - if a bit musty (or whatever you'd call that smell from old rugs...

Creag Mohr is located close to the water with fabulous views over the loch and nearby mountains. It is a sizeable place, big and rather impersonal for a B&B. However, the room was fabulous - lots of space, clean, amazing views and very well appointed. Breakfast was a little overcooked but adequate.

Our room at the front of the Lodge overlooked the water. The room was spacious as was the ensuite. We would have loved to stay another night and enjoyed their bar on the first floor, seemed very atmospheric!

I booked this B&B as a last minute break in Fort William. The check-in time is 4pm (which I phoned to confirm as some websites say you can check in earlier), and you are slightly south of Fort William but there are still plenty of places to go for a meal. We were greated by Catherine on our arrival and...

We had trouble locating this place and even a local id not know the lodge. Maybe better directions when booking, may assist. The Creag Mhor Lodge Bed and Breakfast was advertised as a family run Victorian lochside lodge. It was built in 1890 as a private residence for the wife of the Episcopalian Bishop of Argyll and the Isles. The...

We were the other couple in the review below and will not be so generous. No welcome before 4 but The Loch Leven Hotel more than made up for it. Rooms are best described as sparse, large and soulless, pathetically weak shower. Lovely whisky bar, served by a nice lad but breakfast between 8-9 on a Sunday is ridiculous. The...

We came with another couple to Creag Mhor for a special treat to visit the nearby Seafood Cafe (which is excellent) for dinner. Cream Mhor is an attractive Victorian building in a beautiful location. We arrived before 4pm and there a signs at the door making it very clear that guests are not welcome to arrive before then. We therefore...
