Had a OK stay at Ballachulish House. Pros: a very comfortable bed. Cons: the owner/operator told us there would be no breakfast due to government COVID recommendations - this was the only accommodation we had in our trip around Scotland that did this and we felt the owner was perhaps taking advantage of the situation; the B&B was a bit tired and run down; we found the Wifi connection very poor. On the whole, would not recommend.

Great service at the bar, fast internet, warm and cozy hotel, very sizable rooms for the Uk. Love the quirky accessories in the room along with the modern bathroom. However if you would like to hear the people in the next room, you might just make some new friends

I stayed there twice and would like to stay more on my way to Glencoe or Oban. But it’s a very busy place and you are very lucky if book a room there! This house has a direct connection with some very well known historical events and it’s hosts are very intelligent hospitable people. So they could tell you the history if you ask. Good luck!
