If you're coming to Islay, we can't imagine a better accommodation for the price and location. Andrea is a great host who wants to make sure you feel at home. We were only here for one night but could have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed. Breakfast was great, wi-fi was spot on and anywhere you want to go... More

Was the only place available that night and we couldn't have been luckier to have found it. Owner is also very polite. Great location, price, and accommodations. Our fault for having relied entirely on Booking.com, which we learned charges the proprietors 12% of their sale!

I had a very nice time staying here. The room was very nice and a had a quite and refreshing night. The breakfast was amazing. Andrea provided me with full vegan breakfast which was very tasty. The wifi was fast and stable at all time. The BnB is very close to the "city centre" and you can walk or take... More

Not so much the property, which was more than adequate, but for the host who was most welcoming and accommodating. The location, next to ferry terminal is ideal, not so the grain silo! However the facilities are immaculately clean and in good order, which coupled with a host who goes out in torrential rain, to get eggs for your breakfast,... More

My daughter and I stayed in this B&B for a couple of days as we were on Islay for a funeral. The helpfulness and sheer kindness we were shown was astounding. We were collected and dropped off at the airport and really could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The lovely lady who runs this B&B really... More

We stayed here only for a night during the Whisky festival, but experienced some best Islay hospitality we had read so much about. The room was very clean and the breakfast good. Our host Andrea made our stay very comfortable. Would strongly recommend this place which is well located for Port Ellen and Laphroig and Laguvalin distilleries.

Andrea and Donna were super helpful--got us oriented to the island and the local amenities. Called ahead for dinner reservations, bike rentals...delicious breakfast, comfy beds, couldn't have asked for more!

The room we stayed in is the one pictured with the site. It was very comfortable, and the price was very nice. Andrea called around to arrange times for our visits to the distilleries, and went out of her way to inquire about any dietary needs, of which my wife had one in particular that Andrea thoroughly met. She is... More

The accommodation here is quintessentially country Scotland - simple, warm and welcoming. It is easy to find straight from the ferry and a short walk to the local pub. Our host was also very generous, friendly and attentive toward us, she was inquisitive and great to chat to. We would recommend this b&b to those who are looking for good... More
