When I use trip advisor to help find places to stay I read a variety of the reviews including the bad ones but can usually make a good judgement as I do understand you can't please everyone but please do yourself a favour and don't waste your money staying here!! On this occasion a friend booked for us so I...

Stayed here for one night on our North Coast 500 Trip, BIG MISTAKE, It looks okay from the outside but once inside its dated, dark and dingy, the lady on reception was helpful, showed us to our room, even offered to carry our bags. The room was in need of a good clean and the bed which was two single...

Hard review to write as I am in two minds about our experience. The location in Gairloch is just stunning with just the right balance of fantastic scenery and facilities. I have stayed at the Old Inn on three previous occasions this latest being a family break. First impression of the Inn are good from a distance, but when you...

We stayed here on our north coast 500 trip. Room 16 that we stayed in on the ground floor was unclean. The shower had no water pressure and was just a drip. The disabled wet room is not safe for disabled people as due to the floor being 'slate' it is not level, which means that the shower chair is...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was extremely child and dog friendly! The food was good - breakfast was delicious. Although the rooms look a bit rough around the edges the beds are comfortable. We had a great stay!

We stayed at this little gem of a hotel over the Easter weekend for three nights and, after looking at the other Trip Advisor reviews, we were not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. Tea and coffee-making facilities were available plus hairdryer which some hotels up North don't provide. The bathroom in our room had...

Whilst I agree with the friendliness of the staff and nice food. The mussels were fantastic. We were only in for drinks and that's where I do have a problem. The beer including their own brew was great and the price was average I have a serious problem with price if their wine though. £8.25 for a 250 ml glass...

This is a great place to stay when doing North Coast 500. Food is great too. The rooms are comfortable and the place is child friendly. Gairloch has a beautiful beach close by too. Overall a great place to spend a night or two!

This is a real gem of a hotel located on the edge of Gairloch, right opposite the harbour. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide an excellent level of service which made us feel right at home. The rooms are very well presented and much more spacious than you might expect. The bathrooms are particularly well done and are immaculately...

Was directed to this place by the proprietor of the B&B I was staying at and what a great recommendation it proved to be. Cosy lounge and bar and nice friendly staff.Nice menu with some of my absolute favourites. I decided to go for the seafood chowder to start and it was beautiful, packed with loads of fish and shellfish....
