Very welcoming and comfortable, our twin room was lovely could not fault it. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty to choose from. A lovely family run B&B, I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I had a lovely stay at The Saddle. I was welcomed by the owner and was walked to my room, a nice touch. Breakfast was great with a nice vegetarian option. The location is ideal if you're interested in walking around town and to the beach, and only a 20/30 minute walk from the train station.

Stayed at The Saddle Alnmouth this week. What a lovely place! Booked one of the suites, great to have the extra room. The breakfast was delicious, love to know where the bacon comes from. Definitely stay again.

I arrived at the Saddle a couple of hours early and was welcomed by the lady owner, my room was ready and she also recommended places nearby to have an evening meal, one of which offered discount for guests of the Saddle. My room was large and the bed was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathroom had a large...

We booked here so that we could have a night away from home - not too far - but also so that we could take our 2 dogs. The owners couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming to us and the dogs. The room was lovely and clean, it was warm and there was ample room for the 2 of...

This has a lot going for it. It is a wonderful location, there is good parking and the very best thing is having Hooked Restaurant (see separate review) in the dining room. We had a suite and it was good to have a good sitting area - even if strange to have to go into the "kitchen" to hand up...

Great value, great location. Don't be put off by the kerb appeal at the back of the building by the car park , it hides a little gem. Room was very good and clean , not great views but we didn't pay extra for that . The location is right in the middle of the main St next to pubs...
