Visited this hotel again as an overnight stop. Quiet, spotlessly clean, cool rooms (it was a heat wave weekend). Staff all very friendly. Suggest call to check on situation with food & drink, if required, as it appears Hotel has recently changed hands and indicated that it wasn't always serving around the time we visited. There is a 24hr convenience store and petrol station right next door

Bought a voucher for a meal as a Christmas present for family who live nearby.I did it last year and eventually when it re-opened they really enjoyed it. However this year was a different story. I bought the voucher in Nov 2021 with no expiry date for them to use at a time of their choosing. They then discovered the hotel was up for sale and was serving a very restricted menu at certain times only. They rang to enquire further and were told they could use the voucher at their sister hotel The Red Lion in Spalding. They did not want this as had eaten there previously and were not impressed. However due to the uncertainty and afraid they could lose the voucher if hotel was sold; they booked and ate at The Red Lion. .The food was poor and expensive for what was presented and they were disappointed as the food was not a patch on The Supreme menu. I was also upset as the voucher was for The Supreme not another pub in the group.

We booked a while ago for two nights as we were attending a wedding in the local area. Didn't expect too much as only a 3star hotel. However, in between booking and arriving the hotel has been taken over and so there was no bar, no restaurant and no breakfast. Luckily the sister pub property - the Red Lion - served an excellent meal in the evening and we found a great place nearby - The Hammer and Pincer - for breakfast the following day. On departure day we utilized the Greggs in the adjacent garage. The room still had a 'welcome' note in it stating about the award winning restaurant! The carpet was grubby as was the bathroom. However, the lady on reception was helpful when I needed a fan to cool the room down. Overall, a very disappointing stay due to not being informed about the lack of facilities and having our expectations set way above what this hotel is, currently, capable of offering.

This place is on a central location on the A52/A17 just off the roundabout behind the garage. To be fair the rooms are nice but the bathrooms are very dated looking like something from the 70’s. An old fashioned bath with a shower above and the good old shower curtain. The biggest let down is that the bar are not selling alcohol and at weekends the restaurant is not open. You can purchase a take away breakfast for £6. There is a Greggs at the nearby service , but after attending a wedding a cooked breakfast would have gone down, coupled with a few drinks in the bar at the night before. The other thing beware off is that taxi company’s will charge you to come and pick you up as it’s a fair way from Boston. I believe this place has been taken over recently, let’s hope they invest heavily and reopen the facilities

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were attentive and really friendly. Only downside was there was no breakfast to sit in but a breakfast to go or pop over to Greggs 50 metres away. Food was excellent and staff again happy to swap things about to accommodate. I had the sausages with chips and gravy as opposed to mash. Overall I would recommend.

On entry to the hotel, we were very impressed with the look of the hotel from outside and as we went into the lobby area and checked in it was very modern, and posher looking rather than the average premier inn. On entry to our bedroom, we were greeted by dark, interior features and found rubbish by the bin, sticky bedside tables (first thoughts covid, surely it should be cleaner than ever!) and bits of the bath had chipped away which could be been dangerous but we avoided the areas. We also read on a note that they were not offering a full cooked breakfast, and it would be takeaway service only. We enquired further to find out it was only toast, porridge, fruit and flapjacks for breakfast instead of what you would think would be the normal continental options , which was disappointing, we hadn't been told this at all. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the fact it had breakfast included but don't consider a takeaway flapjack for £24.00 breakfast. You had to eat this in your room to which there were no proper facilities other than a small black coffee size table. Overall the staff you couldn't fault, very polite, welcoming and friendly. If you don't mind the no fully cooked breakfast, then it's average sleep with a good bed but needs a bit of modernisation and money spent on the bedrooms to bring it in date with the hotel front and lobby.

Having looked for a place to stay for our honeymoon we were told about a this place and how good the restaurant was. Seeing the reviews of the food and all looked to be a great choice. I booked over the phone and arrived a few days later. On arrival I was told the restaurant does not open on Friday or the Saturday! Now that pretty much ruined out honeymoon as we had intended on dining in and drinking a few then straight into bed. So after driving for 7 hours to find that was devastating. Obviously I had no choice but to stay. We scrambled a few things to eat from the local shop which was our luxury for the Friday. I have to rearrange my work for the Saturday and now start earlier as the nearest restaurant closes at 8.30pm. Had I have been told I’d not have wasted my money on this hotel. I paid extra to stay where there was food on site. Very disappointing. The room is similar standard to travel lodge. One towel between 2. I cannot be bothered asking for more, why should I need to! A lack of care in many ways. I’d be inclined to look elsewhere if you want a decent standard of care. Will not stay again unless I’m absolutely desperate for somewhere in the area.

Hotel is very clean and tidy, we had a good night's sleep which we needed as we are a team of 6 cycling from Essex to Lincoln for a charity event. We arrived and was immediately told by the lady receptionist that breakfast is a cold breakfast you take to your room. We exepted this and proceeded to our rooms knowing there was a Gregs accross the road for food in the morning. We all went out for dinner and returned at 21:50 to be told that the bar was closed at the hotel, we only wanted 1 drink before retiring as been on charity bike ride all day. After a moan the gentleman on reception agreed to open the bar for 1 drink. We sat in the bar and talked through our final day of cycling and the routes we where taking with our support team and went to bed. We got up at 8:30 and felt rested. We walked to Gregs got our breakfast. We then walked back to the hotel where we saw the signs stating you can only sit in the seating area at the front of hotel if you have purchased food from the hotel. We would of had breakfast in the hotel if it was open but it was not. We then stood out side the front of the hotel when the lady receptionist come running out and proceeded to tell us we could not each our sausage rolls in front of the hotel and had to take them to our rooms to eat or off site. Crazy considering how much we spent staying here. So we ended up having our last days riding breakfast sitting in the car park of the hotel next to our van. Lucky it was not raining and put a downer on what was a great bike ride for a great charity.

Average stay. We booked 2 rooms as a family but we were given 2 rooms on different floors. Not a massive problem but would be nice to have them together as they were booked together. No food options on the weekend so had to eat before we arrived. Gregg’s opposite so was able to get breakfast from there. Bar not open. Rooms clean but not sparkling ( hairs in my bath tub and empty biscuit wrapper down one side of the bed)
