What a lovely place this is, I cannot fault The Tower! From the warm welcome by very pleasant staff to the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, this place is a gem! Once again we opted for a simple lunch, I had one of the best Ploughman's ever and hubby had a BLT baguette with a portion of their excellent double-cooked chips!...

For a short stay to go to or coming from the ferry the hotel is a 5 minutes car drive to the pier. But the atmosphere and the decor of the hotel are rather dated. beds were small and mine was unstable. Small bathroom with few space to lay bath stuff. Parking is large on the terrain of the hotel....

We had our girls xmas meal here on Saturday night and it was lovely. Fast and friendly service. The food was amazing. Turkey Christmas dinner followed by chocolate mint cheesecake, prefect. The atmosphere was great, warm and relaxed as always.

I travelled all the way from Derby to have lunch with family for my sister in laws birthday which was a special birthday as my sister in law is terminally ill and this was probably her last birthday. The hotel itself looks beautiful, attention to detail. The bar area is nice and so is the outdoor area. So the restaurant,...

Never came to see if we wanted drinks we had to ask them all the time when they actually appeared in the restaurant !!! Food was bland and tasteless we ordered...

We arrived late Friday night and our room was great both warm and comfortable! In the morning we discovered that we had a sea view as well. The food was excellent! We ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner over our stay! The staff were very friendly! We slept well and will definitely stay here again on a visit to...

We booked a one night stay in the Patrick Suite and was advised on the booking that breakfast was as extra £5.50. Upon arrival we were met by an abrupt and brusque lady who advised the breakfast was priced at £8.50. I said that I had it in writing that it was A mistake. She also advised that the restaurant...

I visited the bar (to the right as you walk in the door) with a few friends. We were there a few drinks and a couple of us ordered food. The service was fine but the prices here are utterly ridiculous! I paid £3.60 for one pint of Diet Coke! Then I ordered a chicken and mayo baguette, which cost...
