We stayed just for one night in the Honeymoon room and I must say the entrance to the reception area was rather grandeur, very clean and loved the chandelier. Alicia was very friendly and welcoming. The room was big and very impressed with the jacuzzi although it had no mood lighting, assuming this was to keep the main bathroom light on to work the extractor fan, a bit too bright for a romantic soak and bubbly. The high ceiling and heavy tied back curtains gave it a very vintage charm. We had a wonderful stay in this very clean room, the only picks would be perhaps the TV could be placed slightly higher incase one wanted to watch anything in bed. Maybe some herbal tea too and a minibar with bottled water. The breakfast was bloody good!! Alicia was there again at our service , everything catered for us. We are both vegan and she had even supplied dairy free butter and almond milk for our coffees. What star customer service, very happy with our stay.

The room cost £83 for a night's stay exc breakfast. The hotel itself is very grand, nicely preserved and this is reflected in the rooms. We found the room to be very clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower is also nice and quite large with good pressure. The only very minor complaints could be that the furniture is a bit dated, and it did not have one of those no steam mirrors in the bathroom. We had breakfast at the hotel for £8.50 and this is on a par with local prices, and you do get tea / coffee and a fruit drink included. There is plenty of parking on site and it is an easy slightly downhill walk of say 15 - 20 mins to the half penny pier at the far end of Harwich. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you all.

We arranged my daughters wedding despite of the Covid restrictions, the organisation and support from the Tower all through the process was without fault. Communications meant that stress levels were minimised. Service on the day was first class, the food and setting were really good and everyone enjoyed the day, Thank you

I came here today for lunch with my bestie and brother. Me and my friend both had Fish and Chips which was delicious. My little brother had sausages and chips which was not on the kids menu, but they cooked them especially for him. For dessert we had chocolate brownie which was also tasty. The service was really good and staff are very friendly, we are quite fussy but nothing was too much trouble. I will be back!!!

Just come back from a 2 night stay here. Perfect location for exploring the local area. Everything within walking distance. Lovely comfortable clean rooms. Lovely terrace and beautiful restaurant serving top quality food. Also the architecture of this place is incredible my daughter thinks I've won the lottery. Also the staff were first class as well. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
