I am no fan of the odious Tim Martin, but the room stay at this hotel was excellent. Premier Inn watch out! Large room, great bath/shower room, comfy huge bed and aircon. Check in/out easy, good breakfast and really quiet.

Myself and my parents decided to stay their for 3 nights had been amazing. The manager who is man was very nice our alarm clock with vibrate under my pillow which I’m hard of hearing because I’m deaf anyway so the room was spot on and clean with good staff. The food was spot on and tasty with good service.

A spacious venue and fairly modern. Attentive staff who offered speedy service even given COVID restrictions and the usual deals on cheap drinks when ordering food. Fish & Chips always good value and filling. A bit of a hike to the enormous loos.

Have stayed in other Wetherspoon hotels and this one is amongst the best. Room was great, with comfy bed and very good shower. Our room only had a skylight window and blind (operated electronically) but this wasn’t a problem for us. The staff people who checked us in and out were very informative, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a good one. Only downside was the very squeaky floorboards - which was a bit of a shame

Very good pub when visiting Harwich, was served by friendly young man, nothing too much trouble will return when passing through. Food can out quickly and drinks were reasonable price. Do keep in mind this place does get very busy sometimes
