We stayed here for a weekend when attending a wedding in the area. The house is very beautiful and surrounded by lovely gardens. Our bay - fronted bedroom faced the gardens and the beautiful mown path in the crop field beyond. Our room was generously sized and had all we wanted to make us comfortable. The bed was so wonderful...

We have had a blissful week staying in Pippins, their comfortable and well appointed cottage in the grounds. Such a treat to have a warm welcome and to find it spotlessly clean. The owners could not have been nicer. Great location convenient for the coast, the Broads and Norwich. Thoroughly recommended.

William and Denis are simply the 'hosts with the most'. We were in the Blue room, which has fantastic views of the gardens at Seven Acres House. The bed has to be one of the comfiest ever. The layout of the room is excellent, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was perfect. Fresh fruit salad, freshly cooked local bacon and sausages,...

A truly lovely place to stay. Very peaceful location with a wonderful view from the bedroom. The charming hosts are attentive without being overwhelming and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend Seven Acres as a "top of the range" B&B. Great location for exploring the Northern Broads and the coastline.

Seven Acres is as near perfection as you can get. A beautiful house with an interesting and intriguing story to it. Lovely gardens, the whole set in the best of the quiet English countryside "far from the madding crowd". The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and everything you could possibly need is provided. And the breakfasts are awesome. And...

William made us most welcome immediately upon arrival and settled us in to our wonderful room. Served us a welcome tea, including home-made cake, and we were glad we had chosen such a lovely spot. We stayed for several days so we could explore the area, William gave us some good suggestions which included visiting the local brewery. The grounds...

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights bed and breakfast stay at Seven Acres House. A beautiful house in Great Hautbois (pronounced Hobbis) we were warmly welcomed at the door by William and given a short tour of the home. Our bedroom was the Blue Room which was very large, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Our view from the...

We stayed here for four nights of absolutely blissful tranquility. The location is perfect - surrounded by gardens and trees; the room was luxuriously comfortable and the breakfasts were generous and gorgeous. William and Dennis are friendly and helpful. Nothing could really have been improved one iota. Perfection! Thank you.

We would not hesitate to recommend this fine B&B. William and Denis are very professional and welcoming hosts who share with their guests a beautiful and peaceful home. We stayed in the Blue Room which is a good size and has a fabulous aspect onto the wonderful garden. They cook up a plentiful breakfast, with tasty homemade preserves and lots...
