Perfectly situated up from Blakeney Quay on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, The White Horse is a just as a modern pub should be – cosy, characterful and stylish too. An extensive range of well-kept, award-winning Adnams beers, wines and spirits are there to be enjoyed – they are often used in recipes to offer something a little different. Our menu showcases a range of pub classics, coastal favourites and indulgent dishes. The 9 bedrooms are cosy and coastal, all ensuite with characterful details. Children under 11 stay for free, and we have one dog-friendly room accessed from ground level where dogs can stay for free too and also welcome with dining (subject to availability).

Excellent stay, having a guaranteed parking space in a very busy Blakeney was a real bonus, room lovely, comfortable and clean, evening meal and breakfast both faultless! Staff were superb, Starting to believe that we are winning the battle with COVID! Thank you all at the White Horse.

Yet another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Room excellent as was food. Staff as always very friendly and helpful! We will be returning again in July and August too as we feel happy that this hotel is doing everything to make a stay enjoyable during the pandemic and the government guidelines which are being followed to an exceptional standard.

We were staying close by so this was a natural choice for dinner and exceeded expectations. There are several eating areas with different vibes and we settled for the conservatory. (Staff were very patient in letting us move to find our preferred spot). Food was great (much better than at some pubs owned by breweries): Wild mushroom bourguignon and lobster Thermidor were both very tasty and reasonably priced (though the "focaccia" with the latter was just dry/toasted baguette). Drinks were good too though we weren't expecting such Adnams domination, including the entire wine list!

Just been for a meal and whilst the food was delicious we had to wait a very long time for out meals to arrive. This was such a shame when they did not appear to be busy. Form entering the pub to receiving our main course it was 90 minutes, 30 minutes to get our first drink. Such a shame that no one came to let us know our food was delayed and that we had to chase them up.

We had a wonderful break again at this small hotel - the rooms are lovely and very clean - the food particularly the breakfast was fantastic. The main reason though is the wonderful team who are so welcoming and helpful. The Manager is exceptional - and we can't wait to return in June.
